I don't know about the whole 85 deg. thing. my growroom got higher then that at one point, I corrected the problem, but the smoke was just fine. It that were true, it would have ruined my whole harvest. Not using a flame, disolving it, I just don't get the point. This is all crazy talk as far im concerned. I say stick with the ligher or matches, as they have done for 1000s or years. I mean, how high do you need to get? The flame works for me.

Your harvest was probably well watered and you were able to correct it in a timely manner before the internal temperature of the plants matched that of the surroundings. If you keep the temp in the room at above 85 and the plants remain that way you can actually see the crystals and oils melting down the leaves and stems.

Be patient and air dry it- to speed it inside, be sure to bring fresh air into the room or have an exhaust vent (careful- not to the outside or your neighbors might love you too much) or dehumityfier. Never mic it. Air dry is the best method I think and it leaves the bud perfect and as nature intended. No chance to go wrong here.
