Mini Launch Box Emergency for Sister's meds. HELP

This girl can't take smoke. I was helping her with her morning vape hit and it just went straight to smoke. Any other mini launch box users know how to fix this? What are we doing wrong? Was working fine last night. :/

I'd contact the manufacturer. Don't have one, but from what I read maybe she's drawing in too hard.
