I have 4x 600 an 2x 1000 watt lights in 12ft by 8ft room. These are cooled hoods.

Which AC would recommend 12,000 BTU or 18,000BTU.

My outside temps aren't to crazy 20c during summer months.

You could get away with the 12,000

Do 18k, sounds like your a guy that likes to upgrade. Those 600s might turn into 1000s. Have fun brother.

Haha yes I am just seen a 12000 one for sale on eBay cheap!

But yes there will be 1000 in there soon enough. Didn't think about that!

I just put a 24000 btu in a 12x12 with 4 1000 watters. found one on ebay for $1000.

Are your lights cooled?

Is the 24000 running all time to keep room at right temp?

I run 3 1000w OPEN hoods with a 24,000 btu and could probably cool another one no problem. It does not run all the time.

got the 18000BTU up an running wow this thing is perfect room temp was sitting at 34C with all lights on an cooled hoods. with AC on can sit at 25C no problem
