Is it ok the mist your plants with water. And should it be Ph tested water or regular stuff out of the tap.

idk bout that ive heard that its bad.... burns your plants has something to do w the lights..
no, misting during veg is fine. In fact it's encouraged. It raises the relative humidity and prevents spider mites, plus they can absorb the water through the leaves very quickly and happily. In nature, plants are covered in dew almost every morning, it's not going to burn them. It will also lower your ambient temperature for a little while.

but NEVER mist during flowering however. You'll get bud rot

depends what kinda lights you are usen and how close. outside is not the same as inside when it comes to water dots. outside they will not magnify the sun as much as they will a light bulb that is aimed directly above. therefor leaven water droplets on your leaves when the lights are on is not recommended you (will) get burn spots. If you are going to spray them down make sure to shake any water off afterwords

i mist my plants all the time, i usually only mist a day or 2 beafor watering. but i have also heard it is not good because the droplets can magnify the light and burn them...mostly bullshit in my opinion, i have always misted my indoor crops under a few 1000 watt HPS lights with no problems whatsoever, so go for it.

From my expierence, misting and watering leaves is quite bad, i have a grow op with a couple of friends and one of them decided to mist the leaves for experimental purposes and it came out nothing but bad, the leaves were very crispy to the touch, not as much burned but dried out. He later stopped doing it and his new leaves are nice, soft and healthy.
hope this helped.
