MOLASSES, how and when do i use it ??

I just came across a bottle of UNsulphured molassses (Brer Rabbit) i didnt buy it, i came across it Free and i've heard it can be used for cannabis. reading the Nutrition facts i see it contains lots of the things my little bitches crave,,,Potassium 8% carbohydrades 5% Calcium 10% Magnesium 20%. So how and when can i use this, and do i substitude it or use it with nutes. Ive never used it so any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you

Some people use it in every watering. Others every other watering. Some during veg and flower others during flower only. I use it every other watering. 1 Tbs. per gallon (about 4 liters). The plants love it. I mix it with my nutes. I haven't had a single grow without unsulphured black strap molasses. All of my grows have been phenomenal.
