mold like substance need help now!

im working with a 4x4 table 40 gal res ebb and flood setup everything has gone fine for the most part until two days ago one of my healthiest plant with the most bud on it had this spider web looking mold on it i freaked out and started cutting it out and the plant area around it was black it almost looked like trichomes (the mold) this is one of the plants that actually seems like maybe it finished faster and i need to harvest and it grew mold? all of my other plants look great i quarantined that one though and made a little setup for it after i cleaned it off and cut out the bad the plant still looks amazing but the stem then had that white mold on it two days later so i keep cleaning it with alcohol to keep it from spreading, my trichs are covering the plant and the hairs are ambering alot should i just flush the plant and harvest before this fucks up the entire thing?
it looks like something i found online called botrytis? is there a way to fix this? am i fucked? should i harvest before shit spreads again? i need to knowwwww how is this not on my other plants

also i want to know during flower is flooding four times throughout the night? and none during the day period a good way to do it or should i switch it to three

Is it a sealed room?
Are you using an organic co2 booster?
Do you have any fans?
How often do you change the res?
How long is each watering cycle?
Even in less than ideal growing conditions oversaturation of the roots is the major cause of bud and root rot.

its Botrytis cinerea ive looked at enough threads to figure it out, just don't know how to prevent it from happening again, rooms not sealed think it was too much humidity considering its a basement, i now have dehumidifier and hoping this doesnt happen again. every where i read said flooding 4 times during flower during the day cycle for 15 min was the way to go, i have alot of research to do ha
