I'm a newbie and this is my second attempt, and so far things have been mostly successful; I've got three girls going just fine in Miracle Grow for Veggies, and they've got just about two weeks till I increase their darkness for the final maturation stage before harvest, but here's the thing.
I'm pretty sure I have mold growing on the surface of my soil. Gods know that we've been having ridiculous humidity in my area this year, and plainly I have to up my ventilation. . .but what about the mold that's already started? Is there anything I can or should do about it? The plants themselves look fine, so far, but plainly my soil isn't drying out fast enough, (they haven't been watered in, like, nearly a week now,) and I fear watering the mold into the roots when they finally can be watered again.
