Move to soil now? (pictures attached)

Okay, So i'm on the 8th day of my plants starting from when i FIRST started germinating them. And the pictures are attached of what they look like now. I'm curious if its time to put them in the soil yet? or let them stay in the Rapid Rooter plugs for a little bit longer? Also, Should i switch lights? Right now i got your average lizard tank florescent light that has a blue to it an less red. Thanks alot for your time. ALSO! let me know what you think of my babys!!!

transplant it
and u should get some good fluos tube at hydro shop to get those grow

Better to transplant sooner rather than later, you don't want your plants to get root bound. That will obviously hamper their ability to grow big and healthy. Peace.
