Whatever's goin on in that closet she loves it... Temps/humidity...Mixed spectrum...airflow...All on point...N the soil mix seems jus right for what I'm lookin for...She's lovin it...Jus enuf to singe the tips so I know she's feedin to her full potential w out burnin her up...She's had nuthin but tap water since day one...
I keep rackin my brain in what strain she is...
I'm thinkin older genetics (cause seeds came from an old school kinda guy n they came from a package of quality smoke he'd purchased to sell... He'd had em for a while n it was 4yrs ago when he gave em to me)
I know she has the potential to Purple all the way out cause the last seed I grew from same stash did...
Tho this seems to b diff phenotype from leaves...
Definitely a Hybrid leanin more Sativa I'd say...
My best guess so far is a Skunk or somthin real close...
Any guesses y'all have I'd love to hear...

I hear ya buddy...
I'm all about keepin it simple...I'm constantly tweekin my soil mix to make it bttr...Some grows I can jus hit em w tap water thru the entire life of the plant...Some I have to feed a time or two towards the last half of flowering cycle... Depending on Strain...But it always carry's em at least thru week 3-4 of flowering... Nothin special really...I jus throw a handful of this n a handful of that together, stuff I know the plant needs along w stuff I think she'd want...

End of week one of Flowering...
She's stretched some...Nuthin crazy yet...She's showin some unique traits...Some redish/purple striping on branches...Which I've seen before and has always meant Dank in my experience....Some double serrated leaves...I've had one other plant that did this...Skunk47(AK47×Skunk#1)... Awesome strain btw...And the way her budsites at the nodes are developing is diff than any plant I've had that I can remember....
Can't wait to see her flowers...I'm expecting somthin special

Back in the day green houses would actually use gas lighting to interrupt the dark cycle to prevent flowering of plants.

gas lighting with MJ refers to a crazy light schedule to reduce electircal usage,, not actuall gas lanterns
but then again,, maybe gas lanterns woul dhelp here during the power outage,, hahhaa,,

Its going good.
I'm serious. I know what the gas lantern routine is. I'm just saying its called that because they actually used gas lanterns to interrupt the dark period when it first started being used.
It is used for many types of plants.
