multi-tent perpetual setup for a 10x10 room

As the title suggest, I'm finally moving back to a legal growing state and have permission from my landlord to grow to my hearts content. I have a fantastic 10.5'x10.5' space in a to do the deed in. would prefer to keep flowering plants under 18, but can stretch to 24 if that makes sense to do.
Current thought is to use an 8x4(or 9x4) tent for flowering and a 4x3 tent with divider for clone/veg and MAYBE a small 2x2 for a super special as hell pheno if i fall in love

For lighting i was planning to use some alibaba QB's but I am not sure how much actual wattage i need and which to get. Like, do I get 2 600w or 5 240w??? or somethign com I've only ever used blurples and HPS/MH myself, so I dont want to misjudge with prior number bias.

I've grown DWC for both of my previous grows and had a terrible time taming water temps. I was looking to do dwc buckets, but would LOVE some input on other methods that would work better, I've been eyeing an aero grow possibly. I've scrogged both my last grows and am more than happy to do it again if that fits the bill.

I am not locked down to anything plan wise yet, but I would like to produce as much medicine as is reasonable in this space and am open to any suggestion.
Thank you for any input, ideas or help in advance!

You could do a lot of things with the space but you don't want to find yourself too cramped.

A 4x4 veg tent with 315cmh will feed a 4x8 flower tent if you mentally divide it into two halfs , allowing a 10 weeks flower time giving you a crop every 5 weeks.
A smaller 3x3 to trim and dry in and a small area above it for clones, you wont need many but want options.
Work with something like a few weeks veg in small spots from rooted clone and then 5 weeks in final pot will give you a seven week veg time and means 4-5 plants will fill half your flowering tent.
You take the plants out of veg into flower and already have 4 smaller ones vegging a couple of week ready to pot up to final pot.

Personally I would go with 315 cmh or metal halide in your veg space.
In your flower tent between 480-600w per 4x4 of quality white LED.

Could net you around two pound per 5 weeks.

Obviously doors and window locations are going to impact how you lay things out and having somewhere to vent your heat out and get new air in is important.

For sure on getting cramped, gotta have room to get around, I'm not a small fella lol. I'm off the same thinking for the veg room light, a 315 sounds about right. But 7 week veg time sounds really really long though for any hydro/aero grow, does it not?

7 weeks veg was based on clone and one plant per 2x2ft. Possible to do it in less with the right hydro. Its just what it used to take me hand watering coco. Because flower tent was staggered to 5 week intervals plus I would have them ticking over in tiny pots once rooted for a couple of weeks before properly vegging . Just the way I used my space at that time as to not overcrowd the 4x4 veg tent and not have anything competing for light.

You can cut that down with different method, bigger clones, more light, more plants, what ever works for you.
Just an example of what my old perpetual was.
