Multiverse Seedbank - First Time with Them

I recently searched for US based seedbanks and came across Multiverse. I'm happy that I did. I ordered during the Black Friday Sale. I got everything as described. I'm impressed with these guys. I've ordered from numerous companies. Multiverse provided my best experience to date. Quality genetics, quick shipping and more than fair prices. The freebies were top shelf too. Not a bunch of bulk seed crap that doesn't pop. It doesn't get much better. For the money I spent, I feel like I got a great deal on some quality beans. The breeders included - 20 Medicino, Humboldt, Fast Buds and TasteBudz. Atlantic Seed is good too. However, I wanted to give these guys a try. No regrets.

Be careful with them.

The inventory on their website frequently doesn’t match what they actually have on hand. So when someone orders out of stock items, they try to switch to something else or up-sell to a more expensive pack (with customer owing the difference) and will also tell you there’s no refunds. Additionally, check your order confirmation against what you receive because they often short packs and try to hold them “for your next purchase” instead of just shipping what you paid for. But don’t worry…according to their metrics, they do better than other businesses like them. And they’re really trying to do better, so customers should cut them some slack.

And now they want to have a complaint-free positive comment only subreddit because they “get anxiety” when they go into their subreddit. They also said they will ban anyone who posts anything critical of them or critical of any of the breeders they carry.

So, like I said, be careful if you’re going to use them.

That isn't accurate. The reddit sub accepts criticism with justification. Simple badmouthing/slander is what they forbid. Only ordered once but customer service was good and order was normal. Maybe don't buy stuff that is out of stock. Only complaints are
their freebie system and replacement for bad seeds....at least they have a policy though.

When something shows in stock, I expect it to be in stock and ready to ship. I know that’s baffling to some people. Also, when I receive an order with everything on the packing list checked off, I shouldn’t be missing anything. And if I am missing something, the message shouldn’t be “we’ll hold it and include it with your next order”…it should be, “we’ll get that out to you right away”.

I’ve had more problems in the 4 orders I’ve placed with this one seed bank than I’ve had in dozens of orders from all other seed banks I’ve ordered from.

I've placed half a dozen orders through Multiverse and ALWAYS get my order in 3-4 days. They have super fast shipping and I've NEVER had any issues with out of stocks or missing items/freebies.

Multiverse is my go to seed bank. I've spent well over $1200 and will continue to use them.

I've ordered close to a dozen times, and had an issue on this last order a couple of weeks ago, where I was sent the wrong pack, and they made it right. I'm not going into anymore detail because I don't want to give the scammers any ideas, but I've been more than satisfied with everything from multiversebeans, except for maybe the freebies they send, but to be honest I have enough problems trying to run all my paid for gear, but I do love being able to pick promotional freebies when you spend 150, there's sometimes something in there that'll make me add an extra pack to the cart to pickup

I only ordered once for a particular freebie. I received my order promptly with freebies but not the one advertised. After emailing them they immediately shipped the freebies I wanted with plenty of others. I'd order again.

I just received my 7th order from Multiversebeans. Always fast shipping and great customer service. Excellent bank.

My only bitch and it isn't a legitimate one lol, is the freebies are always auto's, which are useless to me.

I have not experienced them having items for sale that are actually out of stock. Everything I have clicked on to purchase has been at my door in 4 days tops.

which are top shelf freebies? the autos or the photo x ruderalis?

Fair, they were autos from Humboldt. Yes, they were autos. That bothers some folks. The freebies were better than the bulk nonsense that a lot of companies send.

autos are basically useless to me. i grow indoors. i control when flower happens. i recently found a reason to pop one.....one of my fem photos was total herm (La Plata labs), so i started up a freebie top gun from atlas to see if that fills in at all. not hopeful to get more than a bout 10g from a single plant...so dumb , but hey it's fast...sort of.

Well, yes, they are fast and productive too. I run a 4 bucket RDWC system using cultured solutions for nutrients and a Timber fatty that I've attached a couple of Solarcure uv fixtures to. I grow strain that take about 12 weeks from germination to harvest. Each plant averages 7-8 oz per. So, in 12 weeks I'm getting about 2 pounds.
I have two systems. There are 6 weeks between each harvest. So, about every 6 weeks I'm harvesting roughly 2 pounds. I don't have to mess with clones or vegging or having to adjust my lights.
As with any grow, good genetics makes all the difference. As I've been growing autos and occasionally photos for about 8 years. I've got my system and methods dialed in. Growing autos is not the same as growing photos. Nutrient requirements and timing are different. Autos can be a lot more susceptible to stress as well.
As with many things in life, to each, there own. But, general statements about autos not producing much and what they do yield is not quality are not accurate.

I don't like the bud/high. Its not the same.
And, no, it's not going to yield here. It's the strain it is from the breeder it's from. The topic is multiverse, specifically their freebies, and not the best auto stock in the world grown by someone who dedicated years and runs a fairly complex scheme to maximize the output of the top genes in the auto world. What you are saying conflates the fact that most autos will give little and even less of bud I might want to smoke. Admittedly, I know very little about horticulture. However I can consistently make a large amount of pretty good weed with photos that is as good or better than what i can buy for top dollar. I have never had an auto I wanted to hit a second time. Maybe I'll get lucky one day.

As I said to each their own. You're right though, I did drift a bit. I'll do that sometimes.
My original post was about my satisfaction with Multi verse. I thought it was a positive experience. So, I said so on here and would buy from them again.
I actually did ask for photo freebies. I was sent the autos. But they were a high quality breeder so I didn't mind too much.

Every order I ask them to just keep the autos and give them to someone else. If anything send photo freebies, if not no worries. Last two times I got double the autos. I guess I will have about 20 froot by the foot Atlas seed autos to chuck in the cornfield next season.

I agree the flowers from autos dont do it for me.

Just got my first order from them and was looking for info on atlas seeds and came across this. I know they are free but I was kinda puzzled to see they gave me autos when I ordered all reg seed, and landrace sativas at that. I am happy that I was able to find the beans I did, but have really loved the freebies from places like JBCSeeds because I can actually use them. Fast shipping though.

MV has been my go to recently....last order got the Atlas FBTF and it's become the best of the last run. The top foot of growth is all fruit, solid.

Received my first order within 7 days( ordered on a weekend). Order was correct and freebies were great. They are carrying photos now… oops I misspoke, if you order above 150 before shipping you can choose promo seeds and they have alot to choose from. I ended up choosing auto for my promo seeds but got some photo regular seeds for a freebie. Zkittlez BX1 photo-reg. I will grow them this coming OD season along with ethos Mandarin Zkittlez R1 and Errors seeds Blackjack Fast
