Mushroom manure substrate

From a previous hobby i have some mushroom manure substrate. Can i incorporate this into my grow?

i plan to use natures living soil and espoma organic soil like my first grow.

No reason not to. If it's been used by the shrooms, not sure what nutrients will be left remaining, but any mycelium left in the soil should be beneficial to your grow

Yes throw it into a compost bin/pile or into recycling soil globally. Manure based subs are very good to add to soil; ups the bacteria count and harbors mycorrhizae.
