I recently popped 4 out of 10 THC Bomb regular seeds and one seems to be very strange. It was very pale upon sprouting then took two days to even open the first starter leaves, then another day to even start turning green. Now that it's picking up strength, it looks more like one of my tomato plants than a cannabis plant. The pictures are of the best of the 4 vs the mutoid. Any ideas?

Happens sometimes, usually doesn't mean it's mutated though. It'll likely grow out of it. If not, it's some cabbage leaf mutation or something (not really).
 
The top leaves u see on the mutoid are supposed to be the three finger leaves and there aren't any new growth at the center from what I can see
 
Oh snap, I see what you mean now. It's missing the terminal shoot. self-pruning... but too soon. It would need a few side shoots to survive that. I threw away one with 4 sets of leaves with the same issue. Sorry, it likely won't make it (unless you see some new growth appearing after all).

O ya, that's the term I was looking for...terminal shoot! Not one in sight tho. Was thinking of scrapping it and starting a different one since it's one of the seven legal I can grow, but now curiosity has got me now. How big should I wait till I will know do u think?

Just a quick update.. Now growing shoots from the first node on each side. Weird thing is now one side got this clover leaf thing going and the other side the leaves are coming in upsidown. Maybe a dwarf for sure. It's a quarter the size of the 3 other THC bombs which all 4 sprouted on 6/28 and also the purple cheese auto in the back. The larger 2 are only 1 week older...on the right is northern lights auto and left is the liberty haze. Growth is definitely different all over the place on these plants....

That soil is way to hot for that seedling... but let it ride out the veg stage. marijuana is a crazy plant and will keep growing trust me lol. I was flowering and my main cola got burnt up from nute burn and it then mutated into a mega cola lol. just goes to show how awesome a plant it is!

I don't know, I've had her outside w/0 nutes, just foxfarm ocean, mainly for better sunlight and because if anyone saw it (I got it mixed in with some vegetable seedlings), nobody would even recognize it...I think anyways. The was odd looking ever since I opened the paper towel.:shock:
 
Thought I would give an update on this retarded mutant...at week 5 the murk has only attained a height of about 8 inches while the other 3 are almost 3 ft. All 4 are the same THC Bomb strain regulars and all sprouted on the same day, June 28. The muto first self pruned itself and now have 2 main stalks and now one of those branches self pruned again. This would be pretty awesome except this is a dwarfed plantimage.jpgimage.jpg
