Mesothelioma could be developed after administration of multi-walled carbon nanotubes.What are your thoughts on this.

The classic cause of mesothelioma is asbestos, another source of completely (metabolically) unmanageable nanofibers.
Now I have to try to find the article ... human incidence? lab experiment? Got a link? cn

<edit> A brief Google search finds experiments using rats and mice from lines with increased susceptibilities to cancer. A bit of a stacked deck. But it doesn't invalidate the risk.
