On a positive note, the bushes lookers pretty happy.
im up against what I think may be a potassium def. I treated the plants a couple days ago individually with an N solution(white widow and blue widow)to take care of some lower and hidden leaf yellowing and hit the autoflower bubblicious with some guano

the yellowing didn't advance and branches perked up, but I'll be treating for a k def. in a day or two bcuz some stems were a little weak within the under canopy. But I think that could be to them not getting adequate light too so we'll see.

So....I've given my White Widow, Blue Widow, and my Auto Bubblicious 4 SOLID WEEKS OF VEG.
Today is day 53 since I planted the "big three", & days 51(Widows), and 50(Bubblicious) since they broke soil.


I don't know what the deal is with my Bubblicious as it is an auto-flowerer and hasn't yet flowered.
The only reason I could think of is that I stunted it too much by making a F.I.M cut and also breaking its apical stem. The stem is still healing by the way..It's healing as a stem would if you had supercropped it.
I've read around the forum a couple others having trouble with it, and plan to get around to them and see what we can come up with.
It's doing something....But not enough..I've also hit it with Bat Guano twice now, so I it should be satisfied.

This weeks brew will consist of:
1/4cup EWCs
1 1/2tsp molasses
2 banana peels
1tsp Kelp Meal
1/2tsp Liquid Fish
1tsp Bat Guano

All brewed over night and into the next day in a purfied gallon of water, and aerated by a 10gal fish tank pump.
I only use purified water to brew the teas with as the microbes are sensitive to chlorine and chloramine.

The water it use to water them with is from tap tho..I just sit it out for in between watering which gets rid of the cholorine for sure.
But IDK about the chloramines..You can also bubble your tape water for a couple hours to get rid of cholorine..

Any of you guys have any suggestions as to how to flip to 12/12? I.e go 14/10 a couple days then ease into 12/12 over the next couple days...
Or give them 24hr darkness and then set the 12/12 the following day?? I'm debating what I wanna do and I'm not sold as to why I should choose one way or the other, other than mimicking nature.
One thing I do know tho, is that I like the sound of 10am-10pm lights on.

I'll be untying them and bringing all budsites out to the edge of the plants and much as I can, and I'll throw some pics up later before lights out. And maybe I'll give my seedlings a little more veg time in a seperate are, so that I can top the a couple times before they go 12/12. IDK tho..All depends on what I read today

sounds great man. 50+ days into vegi...you will have HUGE monster plants! Last grow I left mine for 55 days and after she grew so big in the flowering stage, she filed the closet, was very big first picture was day 90 and second one was day 51. Her life was about 120 days total but in day...101-105 the main stem just couldn't take the weight of the main bud and found break. Anyway, was my first grow, but had a lot of buds from it. Don't know the quantity but I had smoke for about...4-5 months smoking every day at least 3-4-5 times.
With it...I've just switch it to 12/12 no darkness or 14/10 before
Only one technique I've done on it and I would recommend! I will do with all my plants this and I've done it with the 1st one and NICE results! In the last 2 weeks of life I was watering it ONLY with icy water ( below 0 and with ice cubes in it) I think you know about this trick. The plant will think winter is coming so she will force itself to protect and she will create huge amount of "frost" on it so ...more frost, more trycomas, stronger buds.

don't have pics of the crop, but after one day of hanging they were looking like they were covered in flour, sticky as hell and the H I've done from the sweet leaves and trimmings was...GREAT!!! really miss a spliff but still have lot of time to wait

Thanks got the pics, and the info of which I'd asked for! And I wasn't sure about the watering with cold water that last two weeks, but I do now thanks again haha! No doubt I'll be giving it a shot for sure lad.

Also did some defoliating of the lower branches and leaves that were in positions where they'd receive little to no light.

Everything is now untied as well(with exception of a couple branches that we already tall). I'll toss some pics up later.


And tonight I'm cuttin' back to 12/12 baby!

Pfffff....Internet decided to reset itself this weekend and I couldn't get it fixed until yesterday...In the meantime I was using the Ipad on 4G.. Paid $15 for 2 freaking days worth of service...And I've almost used all the 250mb...Gimme a break..

Now..I need an extra ethernet cable to set up my wireless router again, as I threw the old extra away in the move...

So yeah haha I'm on the floor on the Mac connect directed to my ISP router lol...I'm having problems yeah haha!

Here's a nice read regarding soil.
I felt it touched on a lot of good points in an easy to read fashion.

Within the next week or so I'm gonna build my next soil mix.
I'm not working from scratch tho. I'm gonna start with a bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest again, and do it better this time.
I figure I can bring everything up just a bit given my current results. So I'd reccomend starting with it, if you don't wanna build 100% from scratch, but wanna build good organic soil.

I've learned a lot the last 6-7 months just constantly reading and re-reading the books that I have(10-15), cruising the internet, and bouncing around forums.
Let me also not forget to mention Teaming With Microbes if anyone seeing this is thinking about Organic Gardening.

So.....

Today was an eventful day for the ladies.
I top dressed them all with 1tsp Kelp Meal and 1tsp Hi-P Bat Guano. I sprinkled both around the topsoil and then gave them a 1/2gal of water to work it in.
I let that work in for a good hour or two and the I hit them all with a 1/2gal ACT.
I didn't brew the exact tea that I said I would..
I improvised a little bit and and used some amended soil for compost instead of EWCs.
I also added 1tsp each of Hi-P bat guano and Neptunes Harvest Liquid Fish. As well as 1 1/2tsp Molasses.

Now the plan is to let them chill for the next 3 days and water them again.
I wanted to go 4 days in between watering, but they were so damned limp and thirsty looking that I had to help em' out. They perked right up after part one of the today's watering. I used to be able to go 5 days...Now it's 3! Guess my roots doing good!
Also thought it might have been a deficiency bcuz some stems were turning purple and weak suggesting a K def. but they were just thirsty.
EVERYTHING went back green after watering.

Anyways tonight is night 2 of 12/12. 54days since planted. 53days above ground for both Widows. & 52days above for the "autoflowering" Bubblicious.
If anyone sees this and has had the same issue with the Nirvana Auto-Bubblicious strain, please do chime in. I've NOT A BUD 52 days in.

And the seedlings we'll say are 2 weeks old & are 12/12 now also. I'll prob transplant them into bigger cups or pots here soon. They're now in 16oz solos but all doing good.

I added 2 105w(4700lumen) CFLs and 7 23w(1650lumen) CFLs too, and changed my ratio to 3:1 Red:Blue. So for all thats goin' I'm running 2 150w HPS and 24CFLs.

And as for the grow...Here is everything tied down and getting ready for the stretch!

Blue Widow. Holding her own. Lots of tops.
White Widow. Baby Got BUSH! And amp Top! Like an 80's porn star haha
Auto-Bubblicious. Noticable growth this last week in the plant, and lots of tops, but NO BUDS yet
My Mary Jane sunbathing. Added some new lights. My seedlings on the come up.
