Ive been so busy lately I have hardly paid attention to these little darlings, but they are doing phenomenally. I got them as WELL rooted clones and tossed em in my basement. About 6 weeks in veg and I switched them to flower about 10 days ago. I need more height :D Im working on that this weekend. I should have been training them like my last crop. I have hardly paid any attention to these poor girls though. In fact, I havent even been checking ph or ppm except maybe once a week. I change the res about every 2 weeks, add some H2o2 every 3-5 days, and thats about it. So far so good. I took some cuttings from the beastly bush just before switching to flower to keep as a mother for future use. This is a nice combo of my 2 most favorite strains ever, and I hope to keep it around for a while. Please feel free to comment! What do you think?

Nice setup man, I like that side lighting you got going on there! Are you useing any type of air filtration to scrub the room? Whats the ph and ppm?

The side light was a necessity. The big bushy gal was growing into the light. Its ok up to about 2" from the center, then it burns. And I did some supercropping on them when they were younger, so they have grown sideways. Well, shes filled out a bit too much, so Ive got to turn her. I figured Id use my T5s that were just sitting until I could come up with a better method. My main light is a 1000w dual arc bulb and I LOVE it. And so far it runs pretty cool with my setup, but a new fan should help cool it down more. I maintain about 76*F in the room at most times. Ive got a makeshift carbon filter on the other side of the light, but it doesnt works so great. I plan on getting a nice can-filter and bigger fan next week when I get paid. The ventilation exhausts into my kitchen, and my house starts to reek after a few weeks into flower. You can smell it 6 feet from any door or window :D But not this time around :D I do plan on making some divider walls so I can have a separate veg/flower area soon and to help control odor. Ive got some FFOF soil to try out too. Im also considering some waterfarm modules to play with for mothers, and veg sculpting(I love training them!). But I def plan on keeping this strain around, and would like to be able to really train and sculpt some of these in the near future.

My ph is actually staying pretty stable with no outside intervention around 5.0-5.5. It occasionally dips to 4.8ish, but not often. So I pretty much just leave it alone. Currently my ppm are around 1250-1300, but it climbs to around 1450 after a while, but they are loving it. Like I said before, I have hardly done ANY maintenance on these plants except to replace the res every 2-2.5 weeks. Otherwise theyre pretty much on their own.

I also made some environmental protection improvements. I got my home alarm system up to par and installed some water bug flood sensors, some temperature sensors, and set it all up to send me emails on my phone to let me know if something goes wrong. It also notifies me of AC power failure in case the power goes out, or my lights or fans dont come on at the preset times :D Its very nifty! Lots of peace of mind. I also installed a few smoke detectors in the area too. Cant be too careful with water and electricity, and hot lights, and, and, and...
