so yes, i have spider mites right now, not sure which kind since i don't have a magnifier, but they're black, not red. not a bad case either right now. i've been using neem oil, which seems to be keeping them at a minimal, but hasn't got rid of them all. i've been using it for 3 weeks, and its suppose to work in 2-3 weeks to get rid of them all, but it hasn't yet for me. it has kept them from becoming an overwhelming infestation though. i don't really have much money to go out and buy some expensive products, so i've been looking into "home remedies". i found a couple teas to make that are suppose to work, so i figured i'd combine all of the ingredients into one super tea. so this is what i got: cinnamon, cayenne, garlic, italian seasoning, and tobacco boiled in water. then after that tea is made, i added a bit of dish soap and some of the neem oil. now before i use this, i wanted to make sure that this couldn't harm my plant, so im here asking that question. what do you guys think? if it won't harm my plant, then i will use it and let you all know how good or not it works.
