My clones arnt looking to good. help plz!

Dank........dude, I'm telling you that you would be WASTING your clones to continue as is. Save the rockwool for later when you go hydroponic. Clip the tip of those clones, re-dip and put in just plain old peat moss. Give it a couple of weeks......the roots are there, you do NOT need to "see" them. Then simply transfer them to their new home---dirt.

Just get them in a safe spot...If you use the peat pods to start your clones in they carry lots of moisture. Just use a mister to get the surface of the soil....IF IT IS DRY...

Mist the leaves once a day or less if you have good humidity. I think i could get by without misting at all.

im going to try peat moss my next batch of cuttings! ok i got some good news! after i drained the water a few days ago its been dry and the cubes arnt holding as much water, yesterday 6 of them have roots or are starting lil roots! a couple of them arnt even in the rockwool lol, i put clonex to high on the cut lol, will that root shootdown and find the rockwool cube? there not out the bottom of the cube but i look at the stem and can see roots in the rockwool where the hole is where you place the cut! ill take some pics for you guys, thanks for everyone help! so i sholudnt put water in yet???? its kinda dry and the cubes are drying out i dont want it to get too dry and the cuts die, thanks for everyones help appreciate it ttyl

What should i do now guys? should i put water in the tray so the cubes can soak up some water or do i mist the clones and dome still??? i have some sort of roots on some of them that i can see! first batch of clones so i need some help thanks everyone! its real dry and hot and i think they need to be fed water some how? mist or pour water in? thank you

Mist them 2 to 3 times a day and keep the humidity high and the temps 72 to 75 degrees. When you mist, you can mist pretty heavy since the cubes won't absorb very much water that way; unlike when they sit or are being dipped in water. Remember it's moist; not wet or saturated.

They just might work out for you. Fingers crossed - good luck.

ok well atleast half of them have roots now :hug:, (to anyone else that reads this i noticed roots ONE day after i drained all the water out of my tray and let the cubes dry out that made my roots pop cuz i had them soaked and drenched which is a no no!) ok so ill just mist them a couple times a day! how long should i do this before transplatning them into dixie cups???? thnaks everyone + rep

im not sure yet there still trying to root, about 8 of them have shot out with roots out of the rockwool! a couple of them are a lil yellow and some growth has died and leaves wilted! what should i do next guys? should i put some water in the tray for the cubes or just continue misting??? when can i stop misting and take the dome off and put them in dixie cups?? thank you everyone + rep

Dixie cups??? What's the purpose of transplanting them to that? What are your plans here? That makes no sense.

wat should i throw it in a 1 gallon? , i usually take the clones i buy and put them into dixie cups then a 1 gallon then a 3 and then a 5 if neccesary! should i keep misting or fill the tray with water, when should i transplant did you look at the roots? thanks

I guess I'm just trying to figure out why you even used the rockwool to begin with. It's designed to be used with hydroponics. It's just a waste in my opinion to use it otherwise.
Dixie cups are SMALL........use at least a gallon container for transplant, if not larger. Unless you have "the touch"....I don't suggest transplanting more than is necessary. Good luck.

i put a lil water in the tray (1 cup)!!! So i can take all the ones with roots and transplant them into a pot and i dont have to use the dome with them anymore???? 14/16 have rooted :) ive came this far i would hate to kill them im just trying to get all the steps before i actually take them! thank you everyone

so transplant them all into ffof? or is it too hot to put clones in there right off the bat???

have you ever used rockwool cubes???????

its my first time and there cheap and i notice alot of people use rockwool cubes for clones! everytime i buy clones there in a cube!!! idk 14/16 rooted so im happy with cubes for now, now i gotta try to get past the part of taking them out of the humidity dome and transplanting them into a pot!

ok i got 100% root success 16/16! last night i transplanted 2 of the clones, one died already and the other one is wilty! i took pics but my camera broke, will post later

Should i not transplant these yet they all have about 15 roots coming out from the bottom of the rockwool!

rock wools shit for cloning use perlite and vermicular mixed with a week solution of formulex nutes put it in a propagator with your clones using clonex, put a few flos over them or cfls and in approx 7 days a root system, then hollow out your rockwool cube put a bit of the mix in and add your clone, job done with a 99% hit rate easy

So your using rockwool or are you not? wat do you mean hollow it out? wats vermicular mix?? well i had no problem rooting it just took forever cuz i kept the cubes drenched, its my first time, im trying to take them out of the dome now and successfully transplant them into a 1 gallon and them not die or anything!!!!!!!!!! Is there any advise anyone can give me??????????? heres some pics, i took 2 of the clones out of the dome and put them in ocean forest and 1 died and the other is wilted! i fixed my camera ill be on later thanks guys :)

The one on the left, first picture, throw it away. The second one can be salvaged....don't immediately transplant. You just should not have used that cup. Wrap a piece of white paper around that clear cup. Once roots have developed, they will not appreciate light exposure. Since you love checking in on your roots...just unwrap the paper to check.
Secondly, roots NEED oxygen to develop properly. To salvage that second one.....poke at least 100 holes (with sterilized safety pin) around entire cup....no shit. Think of your clone as a sponge that you don't want to oversaturate, but only keep lightly moist. You need to mist 2-3 times a day. LOL, I know you want specifics......say 14-21 shots all around the perimeter AT LEAST twice a day (yet no more than 3)......no more dome necessary.
Now, do NOT plant the rest of your clones in those cups. Go with something slightly larger, bearing in mind that you need not transplant more than one more time. Fish emulsion---e.g. Neptune's Harvest, is more than adequate for nutrients right now. Do NOT use anything stronger at this point.

Oh, and cut off the dried leaves on the bottom...in fact, just lightly tug--they will come right off. I just know you are not using a heavy fertilizer right now???
The clone I am suggesting you salvage.....should have been 2 clones. At this point, I suggest keeping them on 24/7 light. You are cloning these because you KNOW they are females, yes?
Last, but not least, your clones are not ready for Pura nutrients. Wait at least 2 weeks for that.
