Hey Everyone.....

Ok...So i have been in 12/12 for 1o days now and i took a few clones from the mother plant 4 days ago. I dont know if thats a good idea or not to take the clones in the flowering stage.. but i put them in rooting hormone and they r in the cabinet with the flowering plants. those cuttings had already started flowering and i want them to continue flowering....will this be the case.

Also i attached some pictures so u guys can tell me if they look ok or not.

Another issue is my mother plant....i did very minor pruning in the veg stage and i have some pictures attached. she is a sativa....is she too bushy for the flowering stage....should i prune some more?

All help is highly appreciated :)IMG00221-20110312-1844.jpgIMG00217-20110311-1949.jpgIMG00212-20110311-1945.jpgIMG00220-20110312-1844.jpgIMG00218-20110312-1844.jpg

Your mother looks good, but is it flowering already? I don't think mothers are supposed to flower...
You clone, well, I think it's done for. As for whether it will continue flowering or not; The first thing you want your clones to do is root, not flower. You can take clones from a flowering plant, but it's slower (taking roughly 6 weeks to revert to the vegitative state). But the truth is it takes about two weeks for clones to root, and then you can flower them. Just be a little more patient.

You need to create a humidty dome for your clones. Their not looking to great, but it is still possible to save them. If you cut the top off a clear plastic milk jug or 2 litter you can use that for the dome (simply place it over each clone:) Just poke a few small holes in the lids. You will want this doom on for a few days. You actually want to does this right after you cloned your plant.

It is okay to take clones from a plant early in flowering, but you have to change the environment back to vegging. Once your clones have a good enough root system you can then start flowering them, which usually takes 2-3 weeks.

No, your mother plant is not too bushy ;)

Hope this helps.

I use rubbermaid clear food containers as a make shift humidity dome but you need to keep the soil moist and since there isn't a developed root structure you need to keep the humidity high. It will be taking in the majority of the water through the leaves.
