This year I ordered from 2 different sources, Seedsman and Crop King.
See comparison below.

Seedsman:
* 17 seeds purchased ($11.43/seed), 8 seeds were infertile – 53% germination rate.
* 8 freebees received, 3 were infertile – 62% germination rate.
* Average cost per seed including the freebees; $7.84/seed.
* Time from acknowledgement of payment to delivery of seeds to my USA address: 58 days

Crop King:
* 20 seeds purchased ($13.00/seed), 5 seeds were infertile – 75% germination rate.
* No freebee’s offered.
* Time from acknowledgement of payment to delivery of seeds to my USA address: 6 days
* Of the 20 seeds received, some were crushed; contacted CropKing that day and 6 days later
replacements were received.

Personal Rating for Seedsman;
Ave. Cost per seed; 5.0 stars
Germination rate; 2.5 stars
Frustration rate: 2.5 stars (the aggravation of losing 47% of one’s intended crop size.)
Delivery time; 2.5 stars
Total; 12.5 stars

Personal Rating for Crop King:
Ave. Cost per seed; 3.5 stars
Germination rate; 3.5 stars
Frustration rate: 3.5 stars (the aggravation of losing 25% of one’s intended crop size.)
Delivery time; 5.0 stars
Total; 15.5 stars

Next year I'm going to try a couple of US firms for comparison

I have used Crop King for 3 orders. So far I am very happy with the products I received. Using the method that they send I have had 100% (so far) germination. Delivery is about 5 days and they have a live chat on the website. They also accept credit cards where some other places I would like to order from do not. There are no freebee's and they do not send out emails when they have a sale.

Btw They did not pay me for this , just my honest opinion.

I just ordered from them today.

For me it was worth the tax to be able to use my card to pay.

I’d spent a ton of time on two other sites combing through strains and picking the ones I wanted only to find that even though they specifically stated they took cards that I would have to go to the bank and wire money.

I ordered auto cheese cbd so we’ll see how it goes.

Growing Crop Kings Amnesia Kush right now. Beautiful plant in veg so far! This strain seems to grow very, very hairy stems, which I'm assuming would help prevent pests. No problems with delivery. 5 Stars so far.

I feel it's comparing apples and oranges.
Crop king is based in Canada, seedsman is in the EU. Shipping and customer service is going to be better if the company you order from is on the same continent, for sure.
What seeds did you order that were infertile? Were they "own brand" seeds or were they from a different breeder, stocked by the shop?
I think it is usually the case that any poor quality seeds are usually the fault of the breeder, rather than the stockist. Having said that, if you get a batch a bad batch of seeds, I would reach out to wherever you bought them, even if not for compensation, just the information is useful to figure out if the breeder put out a bad batch, or if you just had bad luck.

I don't know where cop can't get its seeds but it's its own seed bank it doesn't have labeled breeders it just has a bunch of their own strains where seedsman is a reseller for breeders.
I've heard great reports about crop but the thing I don't like about crop King is I don't know exactly where the genetics are coming from are they f2's do they buy in bulk from seed companies and resell them I don't know and that's what I don't like at least with seeds men you can buy from a breeder and you know what you're getting

Just an FYI seed resellers like Crop King are just buying bulk Spanish seeds for pennies on the dollar. With the amount of time, money, and effort we put into growing, do yourselves a favor and get some top tier genetics, then just save the best of the pack for a mommy, and enjoy endless years of top shelf weed heaven. Seedsman carries some good breeders, as does Attitude-I much prefer Attitude since Seedsman's selection has been severely limited to the USA since Brexit. There are also MANY good domestic sources of seeds.

The reasons that I mentioned above are why I do buy from Crop King. To tell the truth the biggest is because I can use my credit card and I am in Canada. I do not have the room to grow inside so that puts me at the mercy of the weather same as any other farmer. Maybe if I grew inside I would care about the genetics of the plant but I do not, all I care about is the the plant does what it is supposed to do. But I do respect the idea some people do care what strain they are working with and how to improve it. I have been smoking for over 40 years but only growing for 2 seasons outside. As far as I am concerned I do not get any higher or more stoned now than I did back then even tho I am sure my tolerance may be higher.

Yeah. Going to have to agree here. Crop king is a re seller. Your not getting top tier. I had bad germ rates and low quality buds.. Just pay the extra money and maybe a lil more bullshit and get some good genetics straight from the breeder. Support the people who are making the product.

Perhaps I'm too judgmental, when I shop from a firm that is in business to make a profit, I expect them to back up what they sell, such as Walmart, Ace Hardware, and I could go on.
I have ordered from Seedsman for over 5 straight years and last year when I contacted them about the poor quality of some seeds received from them, I was told they don't back or warranty seeds farmed by another farm. OK, I can accept that and I can also search around for another firm to buy from.
Spark up

If your in canada already garybo why not cannaventure seeds ?
I'm in the US, and in Florida at that. I'm not familiar with cannaventure seeds, I'll check them out and thanks for the feedback.
I'll probably stick with an American firm on my next order, whether it be Canada, Mexico or the US because the speed of receiving the seeds is way faster than from Europe, giving me more time to re-order if need be and be assured of receiving them before I plant, which is mid April here in the deep south.

They charge you an additional 20 bucks for paying by credit card which is outrageous. They also did not pay me for this
