my dilemmas/options? please point me to the maximum yield!

okay so i was given some clones, 27 weak purple monkey balls (gdp&Afghani)to be exact. I brought them back to life but now i'm wondering how to maximize my yield. any input would be greatly appreciated. 5 are in the ground, 15 are in 3 gallon pots with fox farm, feeding these babies advance nutrients. wondering if i should do sog or maybe ScoG. this is my first outdoor grow. i'm contemplating on moving then indoor in the garage for flowering but i'm not sure, i heard these strains are delicate. again, this is my first out door grow and more of an experiment for introducing myself to different methods and styles. i have some 1000 watt hps but i'm trying to save energy so ive decided to do out door veg, maybe some indoor flowering? As you can probably tell i'm indecisive about which method to maximize my yield and still hold on to quality. any opinion would be appreciated!

thats what i was thinking but then now im thinking should i just throw the 15 potted ones on the ground? labor isn't an issue. im thinking i should do some indoors, would that make super better quality buds?

throw these babies in the ground, fimmed. just wondering how far apart should the plants be from each other? i don't want them blocking any sun from each other and the fan leaves are growing super fat everyday, seems like theyre blocking a lot of sunlight from the bottom branches, is trimming necessary at this point?

this is my first grow.
Utt oh......

Have you ever grown plants before? If so what kind?

Shit can the cannabis specific foods (and the gimmicks), go down to Walmart and pick up a 24-8-16 with micros and grow them exactly like you would a tomato or working in an Osmocote like product, a 10-10-10 with micros, eliminates any future worry about nutrition. All you do is water.

This concept may be difficult for you to wrap your mind around but if you truly want "maximum yields" then forget about the buds. Garden for the maximum amount of foliage and roots you can muster and retain in a healthy state until harvest.
