My first closet grow(second grow) 1 plant.

Well, starting my 2nd grow. My first grow was in a 2x4x4(4 plants) under the same viperspectra 900w. It was a lot of work, and loved the out come. Was just under 6oz. Anyways wanted to down size and only one plant same lights and up the bites from Farm Fox....has been in window light for 1st week. I just quickly set this up, and net is for cat. Any tips and advice welcomed. I also wanted to know if anyone’s ever done light and window combinations for light? To save on bill.


Plant stretch out during window, so I replanted it lower, and yeah big ass pot I’m using for 1 week seedling.

Nice setup. You won't get much light through a window IMO. Stick with the LED to give the plant proper lighting. You may be able to reduce electric cost a little by using veg mode only for a while. But, some growers run those lights in veg and bloom mode from seed to harvest. Be careful not to blow air from your fan directly on the plant. I did it a few years ago and the plant kept drooping until I realized I was blasting it with wind. Do you have an exhaust fan at the top of the closet? It's good to have a fan and filter high in the space to remove hot air. Good idea to block the cat from getting at the plant. Some cats love to eat cannabis.
