my first ever grow gdp b/cush & trainwreck please comment

first 2 pics are 45 days into veg w/24 hour t-5 lighting, second set of pics is 14 days into flower w/2 (400 watt) hps and metal halide bulbs.

I am using 24 our lights on the veg, (2) t-5 4bulb lights plus 3 walmart 2 bulb shop lights on a 4x6 ebb and flow, clean nuets/water every 7 days, I do not have a ppm meter but I monitor the Ph-air temp and humidity daily, plants are short stocky and healthy, 60 days into 24 hour light I switched to the flower stage below.

flower stage: (1)400 watt metal halide and (1) 400 watt hps light plus 2 (2bulb) walmart flor lights with warm red spectrum bulbs in 5x9 room with (2) 3x4 trays toal of 13 plants in ebb and flow, bub cush are 3-4+ feet tall and gdp are 18-24+ inches tall

Gen Hydroponcs nuets, 24hr light on veg, 12 on flower, I do not have a PPM meter, but monitor the PH, air and humidity daily as well as keep it regulated to within 2 degrees, clean filtered water and nuets every 7 days and the rooms are well ventalated

what do you think, this is my very first attempt to grow, I think I waited to long to flower and let the plants get to big? although I have the room.

looks like a good grow. yea, you didn't need to veg that long but no real harm done. it isn't as efficient in yield over a period of time, but you'll get more weed per plant.
