Can't tell from that one pic. The balls of a male are very noticeable. You will recognize them, if they happen, there will be no doubt in your mind.

Also, males have to develop some as well before pollen sacks will open. Males are actually very beautiful in their own right. Basically, if you don't notice the male for a few days, no worries at all. You would still have plenty of time to get them out of there. If he is a good strain, you could perhaps put him somewhere else and harvest pollen for your own seed stock. Though, not many dabble in that, me included.

It is an interesting fact that pollen can be applied to a single branch of your crop, or a few of them, and only these would produce seed, not the entire plant. So, you could flag a branch, or plant as seed bearing, while maintaining the rest of the crop as sensimillia.

very interesting stuff, this is my first grow so im trying to experiment as much as possible to learn as much as possible, if that makes sense. but for right now, messing around with pollen and males etc is not gonna happen, im almost 100% sure i have all females but we'll see in the coming weeks what happens, ill update when i think theyve changed enough to warrant it. theyre just getting taller atm really, not too much exciting happening yet :P

They wont be too big. But, I notice some of the tops are still much higher that the others. You could fill some 2 liter bottles and tie string to the top of the bottle and then to the top of the tallest branches. Place the bottle near the plants. Then, very gradually bend the branch to the height of the rest of the canopy. If your canopy is even, your light wont need to penetrate. That way that 250w makes you happy.

Looking good looking good way better then mine but my beautys boosted some growth too. I'm chalking it up too your organic potting soil and the good nutes haha. Its awesome to see others growing with a 250w hps like me tho. I started 12/12 12:00am this morning.

Looks nice. If you stare at your plants for hours on end like I did :eyesmoke:, you can start to see where you need to reposition to take advantage of light. The 250w won't penetrate very far into the canopy at all, so try to level out your tops as much as possible and lower your reflector as low as you can get it. Mine is about 5-8 inches above my canopy, so you can get it pretty close as long as you have fan blowing across.

This was the fun part of my grow days 12-35, with flowers building mass almost daily. Enjoy!
