My first grow

I am fixing to start my first grow(nightstand grow box) and I need some advice on what all i need to get. I will be growing in soil, under cfl's, with one in take fan and one exhaust fan. All help appreciated.

It helps if you post pics of what you already got. How big is the grow box?

4ft tall x 3ft wide x 2ft deep, cant post pics yet, will try to soon
