Lookin good, nice job with the CFL's!It's my first grow but I got some of the basics down now hope my ak seeds turn out 8 of the 10 from nirvana have sprouted and are looking healthy

So my one recommendation is to top your plants. They really bush out when you top them. keeping them short and wide would be a good thing since you are using CFL lights. The lumen drop off is dramatic with CFL lights. Every foot you are away from the bulb your lumen's drop by half. All lights have this drop off but CFL lights are pretty low power.

naw you should top during veg. you can do a bit of LST now but you should do most of your LST in veg also
for a first grow it looks good +reps for you

For better light coverage with those spirals, they should be horizontal vs vertical, spreads and gives more light.

I used mostly smaller actually just 2 42's I believe
