My Grow Box Design, Sufficient?

before i say anything, i want to make it known that i have only been researching this website and the growing process for less than a week.

this is what i was thinking about creating. i understand it is very small, and will only allow for a very small plant. but i figure, using some LST and topping and such, i could keep it small and manageable.

i have been thinking about using the CFL's all the way through flowering also, ofcourse keeping the lights as close to the plants as possible without burning them.

i need the box to be as small as possible so it does not draw attention to itself.

so my questions are:
how much would a 1.5-2.0 foot plant yield depending on how well its maintained? i would probably force it into flowering very early to keep it short. or are there other ways to keep it short while still in veg?

does this seem like sufficient lighting and cooling? i dont have specs on the fans, but with such a small area, i figured they would be sufficient.

Welcome to the forum. If it is at all possible make it taller. Its like this. 3'-1' for lights etc. = 2' - 1' for the pots the plants are in, a couple inches for the space to the light, you are almost in the hole. Check out some journals posted by others in this forum that have done what you are considering. It sounds like you have a pretty good idea of what is needed, it would be a shame to waste the effort by 'shorting' yourself. VV
