Try the microwave...a few seconds..stop before it heats up...let it cool down. Do it over and over and you can have it dryed in 30 minutes.

If we could only get a fast way to cure the bud?
Ive done this on some popcorn size buds you micro for like 3 secs, flip nug over, repeat until dry

Works I guess but just waiting is usually more worthwhile

I need to learn the multiquote thing too apparently.

Also with your camera look for the little flower icon its a pretty universal icon across manufactures, its known as macro mode as well. It will allow you to take close ups.

These girls shall be in week 8 on Monday, theyre looking sexy.

I took a snip of bud and microwaved 3 secs and flipped then put in oven on low heat with door a bit open and it worked pretty well. Smoked that shit and it was good. :blsmoke:

Do you reckon I should do an extra week of flushing or an extra week with nutes?

I'd go with your gut feeling on that or split it up. My first instinct is usually best. I have read that if you feed at a low rate slowly then you can shorten up your flush times and with high power chemical nutes it takes 2 weeks. I just finally added the word nutes to my spell checker..lol

then i also heard on here of guys talking bout the irrevency of flushing itself...that veggie farmers dont do it , therefor mj farmers dont have to and its a urban myth. i would like to try the no flush technique someday, but i cant afford to gamble with this crop, so itll be 1/2-1 week of just water, and mollassas as i finish up..any body got any feedback on the no flush deal

i just got 2 girls flushed 2 with no flush in coco coir. i can taste the difference and the one with the flush is just a bit smoother. really nothing big on the difference, both are not harsh at all and you have to know one was flushed vs the other to be able to tell. it might be a slight variation of genes but the ones w/o flush seemed to have more present flavor, i grew from seeds. The nugs are in the process of curing and in a week i will be able to tell for sure if a flush is worth it. So far i would go no flush or delayed flush, ill be sure to let ya know in a week

edit: go extra week of nutes for sure rolling, see to many ppl that flush and then their plants arent ready

Hmm well I made a decision to give them a bit more bloom nutes as I have been using them half strength, checked my ph which was good. So im giving them nutes for this whole week and we can decide what to do next weeks update, say time to flush or perhaps even another week! We shall see.

seems like agood plan to me.. i think a lot of people may flush too long when their buds not quite ready and they dont get the xtra bloom boosters to the bud the last couple weeks....so good plan

looking good,
nice buds, i see you're using Hesi.
i'm not often giving advices, but if it would be me, i would start flushing now.
i'm using Hesi for over a year and when i flushed for only a week it still had some taste in it.
my

keep it up.

Ok cant decide if they need possibly another week from now because they havent really thickened out much during this week. Will be doing an update tomorrow with the pics.

keep the nutes going, I am convinced flushing isn't a big deal. specially in soilless mediums, been seeing bunch of arguments on it and i find that using GH flora series flushing and not flushing produced the same results as far as taste goes. and if you are hydro, 5 days of flush should be plenty

I am in the same boat...I don't feel I got good growth last week...Im gonna flood them tonight and then feed again? What are your opinions RJ?
