I tried Yoga
I tried Stretching
I tried Massage
I tried elevating legs ( which does seem to have some benefit .

Then I starting thinking more because I was not getting much of a return for my effiorts ,

Then I got to thinking about the older I get , it makes sense that fluids would pool in my legs due to aging arteries
and aging veins and aging lympatic vessels , and I kept thinking about how leaking vessels could create pools .

So I began about how I could get the pooled fluid to move back into the circulation systems of the body thus draining the pooled fluid .

So I decided to use my hands to squeeze on the legs whereever I could . On the back of the upper legs ; on the back of the upper legs . These are where the biggest muscles are on my legs .

I should mention that squeezing the feet helps pain reduction , probably because fluid leaks out of vessels and creates small pools of fluid , probably increasing pressure and force into nerves and pain caused by toxins in the fluid pool . It is not really a massage because I don't use my thumbs when squeezing any parts of my legs or feet .

I squeezed the entire lower legs using both hands in an attempt to push fluid out of the interior of the bone on the lower legs where the bone marrow is . The theory is that fluids could pool in the interior of bones where the bone marrow is . Bone marrow creates many things . These things start out as red blood cells , but because they are stem cells, most of the turn into various parts of the immune system . So now , if your bone marrow is malfuntioning due to pooling of fluid or toxins , then that could lead to malfunctioning stem cell formations , and this would lead to a poor immune system .

The bottom line is that pain was severe in my legs and pain ; the kind of pain that leads people to use prescription narcotics , or a lot of ibuprophen .

The results were significant and I dropped 2 pounds of fluid and 1 pound of bowel movement mass in one day ,

My pain went almost entirely away and I was able to walk a lot without much pain , after one day of this physical therapy ,

This squeezing physical therapy is diffent than massage or yoga or stretching.
The act of mentally focusing of squeezing fluid from areas in the legs where it makes sense that fluid could pool .
Most of the fluid pools around the areas of the largest muscles ; but some of the fluid pools on the inside of the bones in the legs , and so if you focus on squeezing pooled fluid from the interior of the bones where the marrow is living , then I think I squeezed the entire bone with both hands , I believe I was able ( without proof ) squeezed pooled fluid from where my bone marrow lives inside my large bones of my legs .

This is a beta version of a physical therapy , and so I will see if it continues to work , or whether it has diminishing returns .
At any rate my weight dropped 3 pounds in one day and was urinating all day long and hopefully I urinated fluid that pools in my legs .
For sure my pain levels dropped significantly and I will keep doing the physical therapy every day and update this thread as time goes on .

I am not much good on responding to threads , but you can email my at the email address I have listed in my profile if you like .

Update on my new physical therapy that squeezes pooled fluid from feet and legs .

After two days of my new squeezing therapy the bottom of my feet started hurting after my new squeeze therapy .

Then I remembered that after going to a massage therapist , people are suppose to drink water because toxins are released from your body after a massage .

Well, although my squeeze therapy isn't exactly the same as massage therapy , when I walked the bottom of my feet started to hurt a lot when I walk . The good things is that my legs quit hurting after I squeezed excess fluid from my legs .

Then I realized that by squeezing my legs and feet to squeeze excell pooled fluid from my legs and feet , that I became dehydrated because I squeezed so much fluid from my legs .

So today I drank extra water to rehydrate my body , and some of the water I drank went to the bottom pads of my feet , and now my feet don't hurt when I walk .

The moral of my new therapy that squeezes excell fluid that pools in my legs and feet , that after words , I need to drink extra water to rehydrate .

The safe level of water consumption is 1/2 gallon of water which weighs about 4 pounds .
Some people can drink 1 gallon a day , but that much water can kill some people partially due to salt and other electrolytes being flushed out of the body .

In other words , for most people under most conditions , the safe amount of water to rehydrate after using squeeze therapy to force pooled water from your legs , is 4 ounces of water per hour during a 16 hours waking period .

Excess water consumption will also flush chemical used in the brain to become flushed out to much from the brain .

So that means the simplest way to safely rehydrate is to fill a 6 ounce cup with 4 ounces of water and drink one of those once per hour during your waking hours to rehydrate safely . That is 4 pounds of water , which you can pass from urination , and that should produce no weight gain per day , I guess . I use a scale and weigh my body several times a day , as a secondary method of monitoring my total weight of food plus water minus poop and urination .

Here is some pondering music to help relax and calm some .

P.S. Consuming a little hot sauce each day will activate receptors in the brain that are capsapin receptors . Activating these receptors will make a person feel they are living , and not in a unreal existence . Squeezing pooled fluid from your body and rehydrating can feel like the morning after too much alcohol consumption , implying that there is some truth to drinking a bloody mary which is hot sauce plus tomato juice and a little worchestor sauce . Activating Capsapin receptors in the brain affects me as a great anti depresent and makes my feel happy and joyful and full of love and life . I also have found that a little garlic powder consumption each day keeps me healthy in many different ways .

Water or fluid retention in the legs or the body period that causes pain or the abilityto leave imprints or indents on the skin are cause for concern. This usually is a good indicator of congestive heart failure or some sort or heart issue which can cause death. I would go see a primary care dr or cardiologist. I drink 60ozs of water in the course of 2 hrs first thing in the morning all it does it makes me piss alot before my run not pool up in my body.
