ur right but 250 w as a minimum lolol my brother uses a 150 hps and dose really well gram per watt and a little more and if ur using a 400 watt hps with 2-95 w t5 as side light well u are fucking up some were as i can almost pull just under a pound from the last 400w hps i used so u are in no real position to be giving this guy advice if u are needing side lights with a 400w hps lol

just reading this hole lot of advice is shit lolol flip and reveg he will be there for at least a month best advice i could give is cut some clones u no there female with that led u have i would be runiing a couple of 48w cfls with it maybe 3-4 will thicken them up flush and raise the lvls of the nutes with the lights u will see her thicken up
see that plants looks fine and bud size for the watt of led u are using that looks awsome mate if she is 5 weeks of a sative u have at least 6-8 more weeks of flowering so i would get urself a few cfl lights like i said 3-4 48watts will do the trick or 1 more 180led
just to rub it in 1 plant 5 ounces
