think you need alot more light. cfl's could add alot more light or more tubes. like four more sets.

You could transplant them and bury the stem deeper in the dirt, and try getting some kind of wind on them, it will help strengthen the stem.

Maybe its under water? I mean if your soil is still wet after a week you may have a problem with bad drainage. I think you need to water more then that... But if the soil is not telling you it needs it hrmmm..?

yea i made the same mistake....get a lot more light and just bury all the extra stem. They'll be just fine. but yea A LOT more light

check the soil with your poiter finger down to the sec. nuckle if it is dry you need to water more. i would check every 3 days and water.

wow are those still in solo cups if so bet your root bound give them somewhere to grow.

Yeah I was watering about once every two days because of my container being too small. But about 2-4 days seems good. If its as dry as you say it needs water and is drooping because of that.
stumpsx2 idea is good and should give you a good idea of when it needs to be watered. If its dry that far down it needs some water.
