My plants are yellowing :(

Hey guys! I am a new grower and things have been going well so far. The only thing that I have noticed so far is that the leaves are beginning to yellow a little. What could be causing this and is there anything I can do to possibly reverse the yellowing effect? Thanks!!

To get you some help , some pics would be helpful and
your grow setup. Nutes , Water , medium , lights , etc.

Your plants will indicate when they are suffering from a deficiency or imbalance of nutrients. Reduced growth, falling, yellowed leaves or distorted leaves could be a deficiency in nitrogen, magnesium, sulfur or calcium.

If it continues lower your base nutrient amounts and feeding x's (one should feed 2 out of 3 days). Remember some strains ca take nutrients than others, Strain your growing - a little yellowing depending were is normal

i noticed this happens with our animal cookies strain. are new hybrids more prone to nutrient deficiency?

you are right some plant can take nutrients better than others indica's can take some abuse , sativa's can be very hard to "dial-in" hybrids - depends on % of

@harris hawk our indica dominant strains do very well, they can sit for weeks w/o nutes and stay perfectly green. the sativa strains do ok too, but the leaves are thinner and start to show some yellow sooner if the roots are not well cared for.

i think the new hybrids are just problematic unless you figure what they need different than the stable strains.

Believe you are right - some plants I swear are not the best - just because of that specific "pheno" types of that strain

@harris hawk that was my other consideration was the pheno. the animal cookies seems like a legit hybrid esp since our gdp and gsc do very well. im thinking we'll talk to our grower about developing another pheno.

Thank you for all of the information everyone! I'll start to do feeding with organic nutrients a couple of days a week.

Also, here is a photo of what in talking about. It is a blueberry strain that is doing this.

Hello mate what do u think of these? New growth seems fine just the bottom leaves dying off abit

Nitrogen for sure....this may help in the future....
