My plants seems to be growing very slow

This is my first time to grow, that I'm serious about. My plant is indoors and about 6 weeks old and about 7 in tall. Is this normal? I really thought they grew faster.

You are missing all the info that would be needed to assist you. How are you growing, type of lights, nutrients, environment, strain etc, etc...

Well I put it in mushroom compost mixed with vermiculite. Idk what lights, one's halogen and ones red and blue LED. I water it when it's dry and I used super thrive a couple times. It's really green and happy looking, but I can't tell if it's male or female. So far signs of either. Just leaves.

I just put the halogen on today and now I can't control it. It keeps moving around on me. Moving towards the halogen. I have them (the lights) as close together as I can get them.

Put more holes in the container so it can drain better.
Looks about normal for that long in soil.

Well good then. I use a spray bottle most of the time to prevent over watering. I was just worried it wasn't big enough. I see other people's pictures and they look so... Picture worthy lol

20180125_211829.jpg For all intents and purposes halogen is the same as incandecent for growing as in dont do it. The lil 12w led puts out more par than that bulb. The lamp may look brighter but plants "see" light in a very different way than we do. This is what they should look like after 25 days. Toped 2 times so far

Dwc is much faster than soil. Still, you need more light. Plant looks ok other than the lack of light and weak steam.
