I think I'm gonna like this better then the Ez cloner. More spacing between the roots so they don't tangled and they get a more even coverage spray.

Got my ventilation done! nice big carbon filter and a 740CFM inline all 8 inch too. i also got 2 x 45 lpm air pumps tucked behind in the corner powering 5 medium air stones each. Also added a 100W Dimable Ecoxotic LED Cannon over the clone box. Believe me this thing puts out PAR like a 400w Mh and can dim down to a T5ho like brightness also.

Well that's about it for the setup. Let me know what ya guys think and if theirs any room for improvement. See you guys in the grow journals.

I breezed through your thread and everything looks really good! The only things I would add are some type of plastic or rubber hose clamps to your cool coils, you don't want that cold but rusty and copper water to get in your rez. An Ozone generator and/or a vaportek 4000 for odor. Not sure what your using to control the co2 but environmental controllers are pretty nice to keep your air in the range of the perfect conditions. I'm not sure how your controlling the temp of your diy chiller or ph of your water. Just some suggestions!

Thanks for the advice. I did add some nice plastic clamps to the coils. The chiller is controlled via Ranco temp controller. Got a nice Milwaukee co2 monitor and 50lb tank hidden in my back room too just waiting on a tank to arrive. Ph will be controlled the old fashion way.. I like to ride the wave when it comes to ph and dwc. As for ozone hmm. You think that would help inside the tent? I figured the tent will close up the smell inside and if any escaped it would be sucked up the the carbon filter. I like the idea of ozone tho. Do you know any cheap units that work pretty good?

Those 50lb tank are so fucking heavy and conspicuous. Make sure you got a story ready for neighbors (planted freshwater aquarium, draft beer tap, welding ect...). I been thinking about getting a second 20lb tank .

No ozone generator in the tent, it will hurt the leaves and take away their odor . I like to put mine next to the carbon filter, it takes care of anything the carbon filter misses, especially on humid days. Ozone is like H2o2 for the air, it has a 3rd oxygen molecule that oxidizes organic matter such as smells. The room that my carbon filter is in also has the ozone generator. The air in this room is expelled past the lights and outdoors. No plant and minimal human contact when I'm in the machine room (it's on a timer 15min on 45min off) since I turn it off while I'm in there. I use a cap ozn-1, I have used it for over 3 years and had to change the bulb once. There are inline ones too. The ozn-1 uses bulb technology, others use a sparking technology (I think). Pretty sure the ones that use bulbs are better.

Moral of the story the cap ozn-1 is powerful and can hide the smell of anything (even a house fire) but is moderately dangerous if used improperly. It could save your ass in late flower-hanging.

Planning on running zone or bleach? I have seen root rot in constant 62F water.

I plan on running dm zone and I also have a ozone generator from a big protein skimmer. It's a redsea aqua zone plus. It's got a built in orp controller too. I was gonna use that on my air pumps. I'm gonna place a tee on the intake of the air pump and inject ozone into the water so I'll definitely have no problems with root rot or slime. What's awesome is it has an orp controller so it will be impossible to over dose. Should have nice clean white roots :-) I check out the inline ozone scrubbers and there pretty expensive. Do you think the aquarium ozone generators generate enough ozone to purify a 14 x 11 room. Cause I literally have like 3 laying around.
