i hate to tell it to ya, but that's way too fucking expensive man you might was well get you a vaporizer for like 150 and that'll do ya good. i mean why is it so much money
There a big difference between expensive and cheap vaps, mainly conduction vs convection, cheap are usually conduction which is nowhere near as effective a convection. Plus a good vape should get you higher than smoking.:leaf:

Ive tried the volcano in a coffeeshop in amsterdam - very nice indeed, i dont smoke either so perfect for me - i do like the look of the extreme vaporiser tho - its a bit cheaper, uses glass and has a remote control - very trick... thats what im saving for.
I got this one.
The extreme!! 299Cnd. It a canadian company and when I broke the inside glass they sent me a new one for 15 bucks along with instructions on how to take the whole thing apart to fix myself. It has a remote with pre-set temps pre-set run times etc led lights around the base. It has a ceramic heater. I cant see what paying another 400 dollars will get me on top of what I have?

My homie has the Volcano, I have the Arizer Extreme. I can't say anything bad about the Volcano, it gets the job done, but if I was to do it over I'd still buy the Extreme. The Extreme can do Whip and Bag. It has a fan with multiple settings. And it comes with a remote which I use all the time. There's no difference in the quality of the vape.

If I was to get another vape, I wouldn't mind getting the Silver Surfer. It just looks badass. But I wouldn't expect it to outperform. I would just buy it to add to my collection.

Thanks for all the replies!

And I have a company that I have a 10% off cupon with free shipping, so that brings the digital w/ solid valve for $600

And I'm happy to report I'm about $150 away!

I love volcanos. Almost every time i go to my favorite club i give the clerk my id and she gives me a mouth peice, grinder, bag, and a packing tool and i sit down at the table and take a few bags to the head. love em. Its a super solid peice thaqt will last a longgg time. Worth the money. I still dont have one though, too expensive for me right now.

ps You ever rebuild your busa? lol ive always wondered.

Haha, yeah heres a vote from a previous solidvalve non-digital volcano owner...

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Volcanos demand top dollar because all the stoners know the name and its just like buying ROOR glass. I had one, and loved it, but there are many better vaporizers on the market, just look into all possiblities.

I ended up settling on a Aromed 4.0. Its perfect for my needs, and much less work to set up than a volcano. Its waterfiltered, which really helps cut down on dust you get that gets pulled thru the screen. This makes a huge difference in the quality of smoke to me. Much less cough, and also a lil bit cooler as that hot air can really roast throats. Its medical grade quality, and is powered by a mini HPS light that is given more or less voltage so that when you draw on the whip, and the temperatures dip, it will turn up the power to keep the temperature dialed in perfectly. Some more quality German engineering. :D

Pro's of Volcano
- 15ft bag = enough to take down 5, but also makes for a nice personal when you absolutely must get stonnned.
- hands down best "party" vaporizer
- digital sounds much nicer, but i havn't tried it
Cons of Volcano
- very hard to dial in the correct vapor temp without digital.
- find a picture of the inside of a volcano, its extraordinarily simple, and you will feel like you were taken on a ride for spendin 5+ bills on it
- buying used ones may not always be good deal. One of my friends had a very early volcano and his ceramic heater burnt out on it. So even tho they're credited to last forever, just be wary if you dont know how old the thing is.

I sold my volcano 2 years ago for 450 bucks, bought an Aromed for 360, and some of my friends liked it so much they've gone out n bought their own as well.

Trust me, reputation isn't everything.

:peace:out.

i live in AZ too, from NOR CAL though stuck in the desert...i bought my digital volcano and it came with the easy valve, which sucked, i mean it was quick and easy...but the bags went out fast especially when your a heavy medicatER! i bought the solid valve kit for an additional $100 and could nto be happier...the volcano is the end all be all of smoking/vaping! i own a fixed stem toro (28 total percs counting the ash catcher) for when my lungs have the desire for butane and combustion bi-products you get from fire and burning...dont get me wrong smoking gets you lifted but the volcano takes it to a whole new level . Hash is absolutely amazing in the volcano, you actually get the essence of the THC rather than the tons of other stuff when burned. I paid $600 for my digi cano and $1,000 for my custom worked toro...the volcano is practically indestructable and extrmemly portable (use that bitch in hotels when i travel and it doesnt even stank the place up like dank...especially since nowhere has smoking rooms anymore). i say cost is always a factor in the quality aspect...these germans put alot of time into the design and research and anytime you see a vape comparison in HIGH TIMES or SKUNK or TREATING YOURSELF regardless of how many competitors there are ...the VOLCANO is always holding the gold medal...not to mention that bitches think its hot!!

haha just man up and drop the cash, you wont be disappointed!

my buddy bought a vape in June for 270$ and it works like a charm, so instead of buying the volcano you might wanna check out some mid-range vaporizers
