The instances where consent can't be made by a person are those where the person doesn't possess the wherewithal, as in lacking the capacity.

As far as a majority being right, yes of course that's possible. What is impossible is by virtue of a majority a thing that is incorrect or "wrong" can be made right. A large number of people believing something to be true, when it is false, can't magically make it true simply by their agreement it is true.


Selfish ? If I want you to be able to run your own life but not others lives for them, and you want something different, the evidence seems to point away from me being the problem.

Anyway you look at it, if a person is forcibly made to comply with other peoples wishes and that person doesn't initiate harm to others, they aren't free, Slave.
