N.W. Washington Guerilla Grow

Here's a few pics of 6 girls i've got at a friend's place. He just finished building a grow room, and i had some that I didn't have room for at my place, so here we go!

He's startin' an indoor thread for this one; i'll just throw pics in here every once in a while. Here's the link for his thread...1000 watt HPS 6 plants ....by NWGREEN. Check it out!!:weed:
He's in on most of my outdoor stuff, so any props to me is props to him too!! He's growin for his spouse under Wahington's " designated caregiver/provider " allowance, so any way we go, we're covered.

My cats love to be in the light; i catch 'em sleepin in there sometimes. My bigger one thinks he's tough, but my smaller girl kicks the shit outta him!:o He's a fucker! His name's Goku, but he answers to Fucker!! He's a hunting master though. And he likes to bring them right to you and get recognition for his hunting prowess. Untold birds, field mice, moles, shrews, snakes, bugs, and even a few frogs!LOL! He brought a dead field mouse into my garage the other night when i had a group of friends out there, and started flinging it around! You've never seen a couple girls scream and go runnin so fast!! Laugh my fuckin ass off!! Anyway, whatever, my cats. More weed pics soon!:peace:

id suggest using a different type of nutrient for flower the n-p-k ratio is a lil off it should have less nitrogen during flower and more phosphorous and umm K (potassium i think) anyways id get a different type

What up Junk! Maybe you misunderstood me, or i'm misunderstanding you:o In the pics are what i'm using right now for veg; I will be using Age Old bloom formula ( on my way to pick some up now ) for the flowering. Don't remember off tha top a my head what the N-P-K ratio of the bloom is, but i'll probably add just a dash of the veg with it, once, maybe twice, early in flowering to keep 'em nice and green. Then of course i will flush well at the end, make 'em burn up the stored Nitrogen so they don't smoke harsh:weed: You pickin' up what I'm puttin' down?:blsmoke:

Great grow!

I'm really new into all this, but how long does the life cycle of a marijuana plant last in outdoor, since seedling to harvest,in average?I'm growing a few White Rhinos and a Blue Mystic, both Nirvana.I'm in Brazil!

Thanks!

Thanks asttair, and wow, how to answer this? Without doin a whole lot of research on Brazillian climates and growing seasons, i would have to give you what I know from growin up here,k? Left on their own seeds would naturally germinate anywhere from March to May in most of America. Most strains would finish from mid-September ( indica dominant:weed: ) to mid-November ( sativa dominant :leaf:). Roughly. Since you are in the Southern Hemisphere, i would surmise that your growing season would be just the opposite. Brazil is really big though, and i'm sure there are variations between areas in regards to growing just like here. My advice, do a little research, maybe start a thread on here askin about growin in Brazil!! You'll find your answers! Anyway, best of luck with your babies! :peace:

I got a question, I am also in the NW, and I've never grown outdoor before. When do I pull the plants? I see that Sept. 7 is the first day of 12/12, but given 2 months flowering, that would be an buttload of rain and I dont want the "flowers" to mold! I have indica dominant sativas. When do you pull yours? I know the humidity gets to like 80% in Sept., Nov. Have you ever had a mold problem?

WCM, yes bud mold will be your main culprit and enemy toward the end of the season. Watch closely for it, cut it out if you can and continue to watch closely. You can usually get a couple of extra weeks of flowering that way, but you have to stay on top of it. Mold can spread and devastate an entire plant in a week! If you are in a situation where you can place some sort of translucent cover over them to keep excess rain off, that would help also. Or if you keep them in pots, start moving them into the shade earlier and they will most likely start to flower earlier, and you might be able to ecscape the fall rains a little better.:leaf: Oh yeah, one other thing you can do is to take the bud formations along the main stems and just bend them outward somewhat. That will allow some airflow into the bud sites, helping to dry out any residual moisture. Doing this early in the morning is the best time so you can dry up the dew that forms and gets inside the buds.

And as a general rule of thumb, when about 75% of your hairs have turned red, or your trichomes have gone from clear to milky, maybe just a little amber, is about the right time to pull them. That's what I think anyway!:weed:

Anyway, thanks for stoppin and good luck with your grow. I've got you scribed, so i'll be watchin!!:peace:

Hey there, former guerilla grower in the puget sound area here. Just got to be a big hassel. Bugs were getting worse every yr,mid sept rain made bud mold. Sometimes got lucky and good weather into oct. but low to mid 60's temps slow growth. Did hav some very good yrs though. Mostly indica strains do good. I like early skunk ,cali orange ,shiskaberry, ak47. LOL on ur grows and Keep On Growin

Hey beeker! I don't know where your name came from, but that was my favorite charecter on The Muppet Show, ya know, the scientist's assistant. Crack my fuckin ass up!!

Yeah, fuckin' mold! Bane of our existance. I've had good and bad years before also, but this year it's supposed to be hot and dry, so i'll keep my fingers crossed and my eyes peeled!

I don't know the genetics of what i'm growin this year, but it was born and bred up here in the N.W., so i'm hopin' it's got some mold-resistant properties. If not, them's the breaks, yeah? You can only hope for the best!

Thank's for stoppin by, and even more for your input!! Seems we have alot of voyuers on here, and not alot of talkers. Quit smokin' so much fuckin weed, stoners!!!!! Speak up!! :eyesmoke:bongsmilie:shock: Hahaha!:peace:

Here's a few new pics from earlier today. The new ones are starting to respond to the LST treatment, and everything's lookin good!:weed:

I have been following this journal for a bit now and must say I am impressed with how well your plants are doing. They seem to be taking well to the LST treatment. I have never tried LST but I want to increase the tops on my plants for a better yield. What does LST stand for anyways? All you do is basically bend your plant over to get sunlight to the lower growing nodes and stimulate new growth right? sorry do throw questions at ya but I'm thinking of doing this to my plants when they get a bit bigger. Your grow has been an inspiration. Keep up the good work. +rep

What up Squalle! Thank's for the kind words!! It's all work, but it's all good! LST stands for Low Stress Training, the theory being that using this method is less stressful than topping or fimming when trying to increase the tops or bushiness of your plant. And yeah, all you do is bend 'em over and tie 'em down. If you already have a multiple-top plant you can do this with each top, pulling them out and away from each other. LST works great, because the main top ( i think it's called the maristem? ) is still the top and will act like the top. You have just given the plant more natural tops that won't have to compete as hard for prime sunlight. Give it a try!! I'm gonna check your thread in a sec; i'll be watchin!! Hope that helps!!:peace:

P.S. If you try LST, make sure the loops around your plants aren't tight. There is gonna be pressure and friction on the back side of the stem, but that's fine. Just make your loops big enough to allow for future growth. Girth I should say, as the circumference of your stalk will increase. Am I makin sense?
