Need advice for grow box 4/4/6

I built a 4/4/6 grow box. Pretty well sealed. In top off box I have a Can Light (big) carbon filter to a 435 hurricane fan to 6in duct running through 1000watt hood to 6in ducting to window venting outside. Got a 170 hurricane fan input fan down low pulling air in from house. House temps right now are kept around 60-64 degrees. Temps in grow box are right about 80. But I'am worried about how this will do when it gets hot this summer seeing how it is still March. Another question, should I have a hole cut out at the top of the box for a passive hot air vent as well? With the setup I just explained, is the exhaust setup correctly?

I'm going to assume the numbers 435 & 170 is the cfm of the two fans? Are the speeds adjustable?
I'm thinkin though that your lamp is just to hot for that small space and you may need to add another extraction fan. I've got 2 pushing air of my space (146 cubic feet) and it's still somewhat of an extra step to keep the temps below 80.
Sometimes I have to crack my window on those hotter days...3rd floor of shitty apartment with poor insulation. Also Midwest weather can be unpredictable.

Portable ACs are pretty dang expensive so I'm not even going to suggest that. And ditch the can light, you won't need it if ya got a 1k in there. What did you put on the walls of the space for reflecting?

I wouldn't reccomend cutting a vent in the top unless it won't leak light in. That is if your flowering in that same box.

Heat rises , so extracting near the top is always best. If you have a fan pulling cool air in already then you should be good. If not good enough then you might need more power exhausting but you could always add duct to pull cold air from outside as pulling air from room will be room temp. As for holes if your gunna do it and can guarantee no light leaks I'd suggest 5-10 holes in a lower corner and the same amount in an opposite top corner.
