Need advice: Newbie ScrOG question

Hello again!
I'm now in week 6 with my very first grow. She's doing great, recovered beautifully from being topped and seemed to enjoy the light LST I did. I felt she was now getting big enough to get started on ScrOG. I read a few guides watched some videos and got started. Now I'm confused about one thing. I know the whole point of ScrOG is to get an even canopy. But, while I'm tucking and bending the branches around the screen, I'm also taking an ungodly amount of time tucking away leaves in order to get the existing bud sites as much light as possible. Now I'm starting to wonder if that is even necessary since I'm still in veg state. So this is the question: Should I move around and bend over leaves in order to get light to the bud sites or does it not matter at this stage?

Pictures are from this morning after I tried to move all the leaves out of the way (24 hours later the leaves will be all over the place again).

Thank you!

You should have the branch tips going thru the screen and tie them lightly to the top of the screen. Just leave the leaves alone so they can gather energy from the lights and make food for the whole plant. The little bud sites don't need direct light to grow as they are fed from the larger leaves.

As the tips grow just tie them down loosely with bits of twist tie and after a bit you can remove ties further back and use them up front. You shouldn't need to be attaching any to the grow bag. The screen is there for that chore.
