could be because of the strain. Or it could be the techniques you are using, such as nutes, lighting, etc... what do you have going on?

whats the temps lights on and off, if it goes to low and to high it will stop growth severly or slow it down to a crawl,

Not to be a dick, but just saying that simply going "Hurr my plants grow slow how can I fix it durrrrrrr" is not going to give you any answers. There certain basic pieces of information you may want to give us first.

Strain names
How far away are the lights from the plants
What is the temp in the day/night
What is your growing medium
What kind of nutes are you using, how much (PPM)
How long are you lights on/off
Are you circulating air in the area well enough (what are you doing for circulation)

Those are just things I would probably start off with. But there are a lot of other things that you may want to include as well to help if the problem can't easily be identified. If you can't answer those simple questions right off the top of your head then you probably haven't done as much research as you should have before you wasted your time and money to start growing and I think the problem is a human element and I suggest you take some time to read up and know what youre doing before you just waste your time.

I dont really know alot about growing im new to it my brother passed away couple weeks ago and stumbled across a room in his house with 3 little baby plants 1 is labeled sour diesel , northern lights , aurora indica , but all 3 are looking the same small with tiny leaves . the lights are about a ft. away from them on 18 hours light and 6 hours dark , the temperatures dont stay at an exact temp it flip flops from 76 to 90 during light and at night it stays around 66. the closet stays well circulated as far as i think good the plants just are growing so slow i dont know what im doing wrong they been growing for about a month and look like there 2 weeks young.....

Plants generally grow pretty slowly - I'm assuming you are watering them and feeding them the right amount of nutrients.
