Need help. Bottom leaves are yellow, young leaves curling and deformed, burnt tips

Gorilla Glue Autoflower (Fastbuds) @ about 4 weeks old.
I have no idea what is wrong with my plant.
I have been using nothing but Fish Fertilizer which is 10-1-1.
And the soil has Alfalfa Meal, Bone Meal, Earthworm Castings, and Kelp Meal in it @ 0.15-0.13-0.15.

The bottom leaves seem to be turning yellow, the young leaves are growing in a spiral shape with yellowing on the inside of the curl, and some of the green leaves has burnt or brown tips on them.
I was growing the exact same way with my last plant, and it was perfectly healthy and green. I do not understand why this one looks so sick...
What can I do to fix this?

Growing enviroment, which is always kept at 85 degrees, and 24 hours of light.

Your plants have no idea what's they are eating and they don't like it. This experiment is failing fast. It still has enough life to be transplanted in some Pro Mix and fed some normal nutes like Lucas formula.

I have been using Fish Fertilizer for years and grew a plant to 13 feet tall once.
The soil that I am using is pretty similar to Pro Mix.
And Lucas Formula seems to be for hydroponics...

Bad seed, mutant. genetical impaired etc..........
That's what I was thinking. The leaves appeared to be mutated ever since it was a seedling, while another seed that I got in the same batch looked perfect.

This was my last plant. Same soil, same fertilizer, same light, same growing conditions as the mutated looking one above...

root bound. it should've been started in a much larger container.

start autos in final container, 3gal or 5gal

i'd say transplant but that plant already has pistils its already like mid flower idk.

It's only at 4 or 5 weeks old...
I was going to transplant it when it got a little taller. It's really only like 3 inches tall...

you should start over and if you're going to grow autos you should plant the seed into the final container because autos are sensitive to shock and as you can see will flower in week 4-5 regardless of size.
Will a plant stop growing in height if it is root bound?

yeah.

also a plant is usually done growing in height by the time its throwing pistils. itll stack buds on top but the structure of the plant is pretty much formed by then.

thats why its important to start autoflowering strains in their final container and keep them healthy in early life.

here are some pictures of a healthy autoflower in week 4

notice this plant doesnt start throwing pistils till about day 35 and by then its 3 feet tall. also notice how even as seedlings they are in great big pots. airpots also prevent plants from becoming rootbound. as do fabric pots.
