need help fast

This is my first grow and here is a pic of one of my plants I wanna know what everyone thinks it is. The plants are in soil we are using RO water and hydro fuel nutrients.

I'm not completely positive, but your nutes seem to be for hydro set ups, not soil
 
It can be used for both hydro and soil from what it says on the site. In my hydro systems I use cultured solutions nutrients.
