For just a couple seedlings, a standard grow tube is more than adequate. Research the grow journals and the Newbie section. There is a ton of information here dude

Yea reading things on a forum is one thing, But learning is a whole new ballgame. If your using CFL's Put as many of them around your plant(s) as you can. I'd personally suggest Going HID for flower and use 200+watt CFL's for veg. 24/0 for veg, 12/12 for flower...Peace

4 60-100w CFL bulbs would sustain your plants for a while.. Probly till there at least 1.5'-2'.. You can leave your lights on 24 hours they dont need to be 18-6.. But 18-6 is recomennded because plants do like dark periods.. And it saves you hydro money.. Also if your seedlings are in cups.. Make sure to transplant them after there about a foot tall at the maximum

You can't go wrong with more CFL's.
Try and get them surrounding your plants, no feeding for at least another week, and give us some pics in case we might spot something that you haven't mentioned.;-)

No offense bud but you are asking very basic questions leading me to think you have not researched anything. 1 24W cfl? come on now don't try to BS me into thinking you thought that one out.

https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-fluorescent-lighting/399293-cfl-basic-grow-guide.html CFL breakdown for beginners.

Make sure you have proper airflow when you add more bulbs because cfl's can get deceivingly hot which is why I eventually switched to a 400w hps. Good luck to you.
