I finished my first grow using a Homebox XS tent, 400w HPS, 465CFM fan, and straight Fox Farms Ocean Forest. I realized that I did not have proper drainage so for my next grow I want to use 40% FF Happy Frog, 30% Perlite, and 30% Botanicare Coco Coir. I will be using FF Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, and the FF Solubles Trio.
Since I am adding Coco Coir, I am concerned with what I should PH my water to since I have read Coco Coir should be watered with 5.7-6.2 PH water and FF Happy Frog's PH is 6.3-6.8. I will be using distilled water for the seedling stage and then tap water @ 170ppm for the remainder of the grow. What should I PH my water to?
Also, when watering Rapid Rooters, what should the PH of the water be? 6.0-6.2? Thanks in advance.
