my pictures 019.jpgmy pictures 018.jpgmy pictures 010.jpgmy pictures 012.jpgmy pictures 014.jpg Hi guys, how's it going' i'm having a smallish problem with my purple cheese autos. I've got 3 feminized plants which are just over a month old (1 of which is in a picture here) and are growing alright apart from the problem in the pictures. 2 of the plants are growing better than this one but all 3 are doing well considering' the picture of the one leaf on a white box is what it was like when it frist started, the 2 pic's of three leaves are what its like now at the bottom of this plant but its only one or two leaves and not the whole plant. The plants are a week in to flowering and im using green dream no1 one part nutes, my ph is alittle low at 6 but from what I understand this is not to bad, ive only fed it once with the bloom and have only given plain water since these leaves went this way. My soil is pro mix and im running a 600w hps light but had them under a 125w clf when in veg. I've got some call mag ready to go as my tap water has only has 75 mg/l caco3 and 30 mg/l ca, so would I need to supplement my tap water? Be really grateful for help on this as I'm really unsure,:wall: thanks for reading, scunkworm

Seems to be signs of nute burn, also that pot looks a bit small for that size plant, I'm not a soil man so don't take my word for it, just my opinion.

Yea i was thinking that with the size of the pot, its a 7 inch pot and someone said it would be ok in the coz its a cross between a low rider and no 1 something. If i repotted it would the n in the soil throw it off?

Well here ya go buddy, tough love, your pots are too small, your PH is way low, between 6.5 and 7.0 is a good range, and you splashed some nutes on your leaves and put it back under a light, so it has burn spots, and don't ever pull leaves off your plant rather let them fall off, it's not a good thing IMO....
But otherwise they look good, transplant, and water right at lights out to avoid those burn spots (it's not nute burn :bigjoint:)

Yea thanks fella, i forgot to say its not nute splashed its abit of heat burn from where my leaves grew and touched my clf, yea totally agree about the ph it really needs to be 6.5 but from the book i got it says that 6 or 7 is an accecptable untill u can sort it but not good which ive always thought lol i know with it being a low rider they dont grow as big as normal plants do so i thought that size pot would be ok, what size would u recommend? And if i tranplanted would the n out of the new soil trow something out? Ill put my other two plants on to see what ppl think as your always learning new things no matter how long you've been growing. Thanks guys and plz keep the info coming scunkworm

Can anyone suggest what can be used to sabalize the soil ph without using dolomite lime or hydrated lime as over here in the uk doesn't get stocked in the local garden shops, loads of fine garden lime which is a real fine power form but I guess that's how its ment to be. My ph is back up within the 6.4-6.6 but that's only coz I watered from the bottom up and left it overnight. Back to the pictures with my plant the two other plants are ok not nowhere near as bad as the ones in the pictures, someone said that its nute burn but I've only feed them twice once in veg and once in bloom so far, my nute package says for soil feed 4-6ml/1ltr with I put half of 1ml into 1ltr of water and then added that 1ltr to a gallon which is well under the amount stated on the bottle, its also a one part nute to which I added 0.5ml in to 1lte which went in with the gallon and on the bottle that states 0.5ml-1ml/ to every 1ltr so again well under the said amount. Thanks for reading and will get some pictures of the other two girls which in the pictures look alot bigger than what they are with the one already pictured above being the tallest, scunkworm

001.jpg002.jpg003.jpg004.jpg005.jpg006.jpg007.jpg008.jpg009.jpg010.jpg011.jpgHey guys just some more pics of the same plant plus my other 2 one which has some markings but the other one has nothing which considering im not doing anything different from each of them I cant understand how two out of the 3 can go like this. Pictures 1,2,and 4 are of one of my other plant, 3,5,6,7,8 are of the sick one I started this thread about and 9,10,11 are of my other plant that is normal. These plants all look a lot bigger in the photos than they are, hope someone will be able to help me out and tell me how to fix it. thanks scunkworm

Without being right there with you going through your routines to figure it out, I'm still gona go with, it looks like you spilled something (water/nutes) on your leaves and put it back under the light and maybe a lil Mag def going on too....AND...the top of the plant in pic 8 has it's leaves "canoed" wich says it's too close to the lights = heat stress...good luck and lookin' good man, keep up the good work

lol...buddy don't stress, you're doin fine, better than my first time...believe me, mine didn't look as good as yours do :finger: lol...and I'm kinda jealous...it'll take time but you'll learn to read the plants when they do things, like...when the bottom leaves are turning yellow, it's time to feed (don't wait till their all yellow, just a little coloring) and if the pots are lite and the leaves are drooping it needs water/fed, and if you watered and the leaves are drooping it's been over watered...it's ok man you're doing fine just keep posting pics and people will help and you WILL learn...trust me, been there, done that...g/l

I think I might have cracked it, I went online to check out the nutes I've got coz they are like advanced nutes with some slurry technology, anyway on there its got a feeding guide to which states to only use the bloom one for the frist two weeks of flowering but I added the bud strom to it aswell which it says to add after 2 weeks of flowering. It says on the bottle to use 0.5-1ml/1ltr for every 1ltr of bloom, I only put 0.5ml in a gallon which is about 4 and ahalf ltr's over here as to the states where if I'm right its 4 ltrs a gal. But again would it do whatever its wrong with it just by adding a flowering additive?
