B.S. to this. The orange juice shit is old propaganda. You can stay fucked up for a long time if you take too much. You can have a psychotic break from taking too much. The pants getting wet has happened, but this guy is pretty much full of it. I have taken over 25 hits and was sober within a week. Wait it out. Hope the break fixes itself. What is the age of your friend?

Sure he did. I mean everyone walks around with a few thousand dollars in their pocket (and of course you wouldn't notice the fucking book that 500 hits would make in your pocket), and you just forget about that shit.

LSD is not really transdermally active at all, very little anyway. Not to mention, of course the wet pants (blue jeans?) wouldn't absorb the LSD and of course it would just go right through and be readily bioavailable through the skin. With the average blotter being 50µg, at 500 hits that would be 25,000µg (or 25 milligrams), your friend would not have know what HE was at that point.

your friend has schitzophrenia. marijuana can bring it out , but im sure all the other drugs he tried didnt help. If you take this kid to an actual mental hospital, you can help him to recover. Otherwise your buddy is going to die before hes old enough to buy beer.

I am pretty sure that if you have it or are a "carrier" that anything can stressful or triggering or traumatic or emotional or environmental can bring it out. Also age. that age sounds about as good a time as any. The dude I knew was "out there" and had his dad die and was kinda living a fucfked up love and freindship life while failing school. Then one day he just started talking to himself and then wandering without showering then getting weirder then a straigh jacket. He was always kind of weird tho. IT was passed off as a deutch bag artist that kinda annoyed everyone. This was in a dorm so it was kinda bizzare to wathc the show. GL, get him some meds. Lithium or seraquill. Or whatever and see what happens. No wait, take him to a shrink. Explain the drug sit.

i didnt say i was there to count out evey hit in his pocket and yeah if you know this dude you would totaly see how he for got it and pages of a 100 aint that damn thick dude when its in your back pocket. I my self took a 10 of some tripple dip shit back in the day and i was cocked for 3 fuckin days trippin my balls off. when i said first hand i meant first hand. this guy used to hold thousands and thousands of hits getting them from his brother who made the shit. i just said i seen the aftermath and this dude would walk all straight like a tall full glass of OJ then for a few days after he was ALL RIGHT he would just stare off in to space rocking back and fourth. shit was fuckin loco man. probably wigged me out even more i was like 18 at the time. 10 fucking years ago. op i applaud your wanting to help your friend; but he needs to want help himself. i think he found a bottle of kpinz or something and keeps taking them. hes probably withdrawing when hes pissy and wants to fight and hes prob fucked up when hes acting loony. i cannot think of, nor have i heard of, a drug that gets you fucked up for a week; but would like to try it haha

my friend DID get too high once and thought he was an orange and was gonna get juiced, we got totally out of hand with drugs in the early 90's and i had one buddy who would double his dose every day for weeks in order to keep getting off, and today he's fine!
and i have another friend who never came back, we would do coke meth acid lsd x pills(assorted) and whatever else on an out of control level, and one day this guy just spaced out, and he's in and out of a mental institution, on all kinds of anti psychotics, and frequently has extreme outbursts of insanity, which really is pretty funny he's a pretty cool guy just for the fun

i think it just depends on the set and setting thing, some people come back and some don't, similar to post traumatic stress syndrome maybe?

Dude, if it has been as long as you say and is still going on YOU need to do something. If you think he is a danger to himself and others he needs psychological care. Be it willingly or not. If he won't seek it, you need to force it by reporting that he is a current danger to himself and others. Let the doctors sort it out. It seems no one really cares about him or he would of been given help, one way or another by now.
Something is wrong, or he has stuff hidden and won't get off it.
If something is not done soon (ASAP) it is only a matter of time before you will be posting about the death of your friend.

That's what makes this thread seem very unbelievable. I imagine that if his friend was acting in such a weird manor, the parents would take more action rather than allowing him to roam free. Or maybe they just don't care? =P

There are a number of possibilities. It sounds like a combination of several things wrong at once, based on what you say. He's into drugs that have potential to put a brain through lots of punishment.That and there could be other problems you or even he might not know about. Think about it. Stop doing your own research on the internet and seriously seek professional help.

If he doesn't do something soon to help his friend, we will be helping him through the guilt of not doing anything if something bad happens to his friend. I spend 23 years in the military and had some friends who committed suicide. After the fact, everyone saw the indicators (AFTER THE FACT) but didn't do anything before. He doesn't want to go through life with that feeling.

something like this happened to a buddy of mine about 6 years ago. and he just had a psychotic breakdown, it had nothing to do with drugs, he just snapped and started acting crazy. he ended up going to a psych ward for a week and when he got out he wasn't acting crazy anymore but he was never the same. i think it would be a good idea to have him talk to a psych doctor.
