Need help. Question about high power LEDs.

Hello, guys. I'm looking about these LED's here - http://www.ebay.com/itm/High-Power-1W-10W-20W-30W-50W-80W-100W-LED-Chip-Bulb-Lamp-Industrial-Accessories-/221270112545?pt=US_Light_Bulbs&var=&hash=item3384b9f921 . I'm thinking about 2 x 30W chips(for a small PC grow 1x warm white and 1x white)... But can you guys tell me how i need to wire all the things. I guess i can't wire the LEDs directly with a driver as they are 12V and these LEDs got Forward Voltage (VF): DC 33-35V so i guess 12V 78W driver wont have the horse power to lite them up? I'm really lost and any help will be appreciated.

Ive got EXACTLY those cobs for even half of the price...("4,something $" per piece)

Search for the seller "sure-display"....
I got from them: 4x WW, 2x CW and 2x Red 30W cobs...and also their Drivers for cheap...everything "works" -just tested ,but no long term results.. (except CW, they have not arrived yet),

Im about to complete my DIY fixture...(8x 30W cobs +60x 3W diodes) so if you wait like 3 months I can tell you how they perform (starting flowering soon)

I figured 30W has the best coverage/power Ratio, also they are possessed with something like a brainbug with These 30W cob and 30W Driver as they are so friggin cheap...
Also id recommend to get a thread drill M3 and the fitting drill (2,4mm)...you wanna screw those babies tight to the heatsink.
Maybe ill make a small tutorial how to build it...

This is gonna be awwwwesome...unless they fail in e.g. 2 months, then im going to cry like a girl lol.

@whitebud, Id recommend you get two of those drivers I linked + power from mains + powercable->mains +on/off lamp switch (double pole) + 2x wago 222-413 connector (1 for 2x N and 1 for 2x L on AC) + M3 threaddrill +m3 drill +good heatsink +fan for active cooling (now you can use ur 12V lol, except you want it quiet...->5V) + thermal compound+ 8x m3 screws + wire +small plastic box to put in the 222 connector for more safety + soldering iron +solder...atleast this is my way of trying to do it "right"

That's a great price for the driver. I like it better than the more costly one I suggested because it runs a little lower amperage. Leds are more efficient when driven under the rated amperage plus they don't get as hot. I've been tossing around building a small panel using Bridgelux Vero 18 chips running at 350ma because at that amperage the 5000k, 80cri chips produce 168 lumens per watt. It would cost considerably more than driving them at 1-1.5 amps because it would mean more chips and drivers but the efficiency would be pretty awesome.

By the way, that's a nice looking panel! I like the big heat sink.

Thx, its so much fun building it. The HS is from a device that had to exhaust 430W, 300x350mm and now hold your breath: 20$ in an ebay auction...

Btw how will i get better results? If i use at the same time 1x30W Warm White and 1x30W Cold White from veg to flower, or if i use only 1x30W Cold White for veg and then switch to only 1x30W Warm White for flower. Thanks.
