Need help question about LST

1st things 1st..edit the post and remove your email addy, just a suggestion and precaution be safe out there! Second if it is still intact put some tape on it but not too tightly and it should be ok. Got a pic?

Sounds like super cropping, LST is where you just bend, no pinching. Don't worry most likely its fine lots of people super crop all the time. People have even broken it and tape it and the plant will re attach.

Probably wont effect yield only could slow down your veg time if it stressed it too much.

Cannabis plants can take more than you think.
Best option is probably to stabilize the branch you 'snapped', if it's hanging.
You could also support it with strings from the ceiling.
If the branch is not snapped over completely, it will heal and you will not lose much productivity. Hard to say for sure without pictures though.
