Need help setting up grow!!

Whats up everyone, im starting a new grow and need your help with a few things.

Im going to frame/drywall a room which will have a 10(l)x4(w)x7(h) tent for flowering, and probably an 8x4x7 for veg.

LIghts... I was looking at the HLG 600 Rspec, and the 600 Bspec but im open to other suggestions. Quality is very important, I dont want to have to worry about my lights having malfunctions.

All the HVAC stuff... ill probably go with phresh filters? I think theyre reliable from what ive seen. What size fans would I need for the tents ill have, and how should I run the duct work? Ill be keeping the runs straight for the most part, minimal elbows. Keeping the smell completely out is the most important thing for me, ill spend whatever I need to to ensure the smell does not leak out of this room.

I just moved on from my HLG 4 board panels and bought a bunch of gavita 1700e's for less than $1000 each. (Automation, etc) Keep in mind that most lights will only cover a 4x4 area well and a 5x5 area OK. Phresh makes great filters but don't discount AC Infinity. They are cheaper and work well.

Why did you switch brands?

Take some x6 material and put backing between the studs,gives a big spot to screw stuff too,Fire/moisture proof drywall,Run extra plugs into the ceiling.Hvac between veg/flower.I found my flower room vent fan could do both rooms.Theres more Ill post later

My HLgs were DIY's and I now have a larger space that I am automating. I have a 5x5 lab tent with two 480w 4-board panels. Now I have a 10x25 seqled room with 4 gavitas at one end and space for another 4, easily
