need help with fan/carbon filter

hey guys i could use some help with a fan and carbon filter set up for a 4x4x7 grow tent. I'd like to use a 6 inch fan/filter and run it at a lower speed so it runs quieter I'm looking at a
AC Infinity CLOUDLINE S6, Quiet 6” Inline Duct Fan with Speed Controller for the fan its 351 CFM and for the carbon filter I'm looking at a Phresh 701005 Carbon Air Filter, 6 by 16-Inch, 400 CFM would this filter still work if im running the fan at a lower speed? or do i need a 200 ish CMF filter?

I’ve been checking out those ac infinity’s but I also do need a carbon filter

They make carbon filters too just get theirs they work just fine
